2\uff09\u5730\u7403\u8868\u5c42\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u6c34\u6587\u5730\u8d28\u8fc7\u7a0b\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u5df2\u6210\u4e3a\u73b0\u4ee3\u5730\u4e0b\u6c34\u79d1\u5b66\u6f14\u5316\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u4e13\u9898\u3002\u571f\u58e4\u3001\u5305\u6c14\u5e26\u3001\u6d45\u5c42\u5730\u4e0b\u6c34\u3001\u6e7f\u5730\u4e0e\u6e56\u6cca\u3001\u7eff\u6d32\u3001\u6cb3\u6d41\u548c\u519c\u4e1a\u7528\u5730\u7b49\uff0c\u4e0e\u5730\u4e0b\u6c34\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u5229\u7528\u6027\u7814\u7a76\u5bc6\u5207\u76f8\u5173\u3002\u5305\u6c14\u5e26\u662f\u4ecb\u4e8e\u6f5c\u6c34\u9762\u548c\u5730\u8868\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u591a\u5b54\u4ecb\u8d28\uff0c\u5316\u5b66\u98ce\u5316\u3001\u6709\u673a\u8d28\u5206\u89e3\u3001\u6c2e\u7d20\u56fa\u5b9a\u7b49\u5176\u4ed6\u5316\u5b66\u7269\u8d28\u5faa\u73af\u8fc7\u7a0b\u5747\u53d1\u751f\u5728\u5305\u6c14\u5e26\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u5730\u4e0b\u6c34\u8865\u7ed9\u3001\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\u5411\u5730\u4e0b\u6c34\u8fd0\u79fb\u7684\u5fc5\u7ecf\u4e4b\u8def\u3002\u5305\u6c14\u5e26\u4e2d\u6240\u53d1\u751f\u7684\u7269\u7406\u3001\u5316\u5b66\u548c\u751f\u7269\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e0e\u6c34\u6587\u5730\u8d28\u5b66\u3001\u571f\u58e4\u5b66\u3001\u751f\u6001\u5b66\u548c\u73af\u5883\u5b66\u5173\u8054\u6027\u6108\u6765\u6108\u7d27\u5bc6\uff08\u7518\u8083\u5730\u8c03\u9662\uff0c2007\uff09\u3002
3\uff09\u5efa\u7acb\u9ad8\u6548\u7684\u5730\u4e0b\u6c34\u52a8\u6001\u76d1\u6d4b\u3001\u72b6\u51b5\u8c03\u67e5\u548c\u7a81\u53d1\u5e94\u6025\u673a\u5236\uff0c\u7ecf\u6d4e\u793e\u4f1a\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u6108\u6765\u6108\u8feb\u5207\u30021996\u5e74\u56fd\u9645\u6c34\u6587\u8ba1\u5212\u5de5\u4f5c\u7ec4\u5c06\u201c\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u6c34\u8d44\u6e90\u5229\u7528\u201d\u5b9a\u4e49\u4e3a\u201c\u652f\u627f\u4ece\u73b0\u5728\u5230\u672a\u6765\u793e\u4f1a\u53ca\u5176\u798f\u5229\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u7834\u574f\u4ed6\u4eec\u8d56\u4ee5\u751f\u5b58\u7684\u6c34\u6587\u5faa\u73af\u53ca\u751f\u6001\u7cfb\u7edf\u5b8c\u6574\u6027\u7684\u6c34\u7684\u7ba1\u7406\u548c\u4f7f\u7528\u201d\u3002\u8981\u6c42\u5728\u6c34\u8d44\u6e90\u89c4\u5212\u3001\u5f00\u53d1\u548c\u7ba1\u7406\u4e2d\uff0c\u5bfb\u6c42\u7ecf\u6d4e\u53d1\u5c55\u3001\u73af\u5883\u4fdd\u62a4\u548c\u4eba\u7c7b\u793e\u4f1a\u798f\u5229\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u8054\u7cfb\u4e0e\u534f\u8c03\uff0c\u5f3a\u8c03\u672a\u6765\u53d8\u5316\u3001\u793e\u4f1a\u798f\u5229\u3001\u6c34\u6587\u5faa\u73af\u3001\u751f\u6001\u7cfb\u7edf\u4fdd\u62a4\u7684\u5b8c\u6574\u6027\uff0c\u4f7f\u201c\u672a\u6765\u9057\u61be\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\u8fbe\u5230\u6700\u5c0f\u201d\u30022000\u5e74\u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u53ec\u5f00\u7684\u201c\u6c34\u8d44\u6e90\u7efc\u5408\u7ba1\u7406\u7814\u8ba8\u4f1a\u201d\u4e0a\uff0c\u8fbe\u6210\u4e00\u4e2a\u5171\u8bc6\uff1a\u6d41\u57df\u7edf\u4e00\u7ba1\u7406\u662f\u9632\u6b62\u571f\u5730\u9000\u5316\u3001\u4fdd\u62a4\u6de1\u6c34\u8d44\u6e90\u4e0e\u751f\u7269\u591a\u6837\u6027\u3001\u5b9e\u73b0\u6c34\u8d44\u6e90\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u5229\u7528\u7684\u5fc5\u7136\u6289\u62e9\u3002

\u4e2d\u56fd\u5317\u65b9\u4e94\u7701\u533a\u548c\u6d77\u6cb3\u6d41\u57df\u5730\u4e0b\u6c34\u8d44\u6e90\uff0c\u65e0\u8bba\u662f\u519c\u6751(\u5305\u62ec\u7267\u533a)\u8fd8\u662f\u57ce\u5e02\uff0c\u6d45\u5c42\u6c34\u6216\u6df1\u5c42\u6c34\u5747\u906d\u5230\u4e0d\u540c\u7a0b\u5ea6\u7684\u6c61\u67d3\uff0c\u5c40\u90e8\u5730\u533a(\u4e3b\u8981\u662f\u57ce\u5e02\u5468\u56f4\u3001\u6392\u6c61\u6cb3\u4e24\u4fa7\u53ca\u6c61\u6c34\u704c\u533a)\u548c\u90e8\u5206\u57ce\u5e02\u7684\u5730\u4e0b\u6c34\u6c61\u67d3\u6bd4\u8f83\u4e25\u91cd\uff0c\u6c61\u67d3\u5448\u4e0a\u5347\u8d8b\u52bf\u3002
\u6269\u5c55\u8d44\u6599\u4e2d\u56fd\u662f\u4e00\u4e2a\u6c34\u8d44\u6e90\u77ed\u7f3a\u3001\u6c34\u707e\u5bb3\u9891\u7e41\u7684\u56fd\u5bb6\uff0c\u6c34\u8d44\u6e90\u603b\u91cf\u5c45\u4e16\u754c\u7b2c\u516d\u4f4d\uff0c\u4eba\u5747\u5360\u6709\u91cf\u53ea\u67092500\u7acb\u65b9\u7c73\uff0c\u7ea6\u4e3a\u4e16\u754c\u4eba\u5747\u6c34\u91cf\u76841/4\uff0c\u5728\u4e16\u754c\u6392\u7b2c110\u4f4d\uff0c\u5df2\u88ab\u8054\u5408\u56fd\u5217\u4e3a13\u4e2a\u8d2b\u6c34\u56fd\u5bb6\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002
\u591a\u5e74\u6765\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u6c34\u8d44\u6e90\u8d28\u91cf\u4e0d\u65ad\u4e0b\u964d\uff0c\u6c34\u73af\u5883\u6301\u7eed\u6076\u5316\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u6c61\u67d3\u6240\u5bfc\u81f4\u7684\u7f3a\u6c34\u548c\u4e8b\u6545\u4e0d\u65ad\u53d1\u751f\uff0c\u4e0d\u4ec5\u4f7f\u5de5\u5382\u505c\u4ea7\u3001\u519c\u4e1a\u51cf\u4ea7\u751a\u81f3\u7edd\u6536\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u9020\u6210\u4e86\u4e0d\u826f\u7684\u793e\u4f1a\u5f71\u54cd\u548c\u8f83\u5927\u7684\u7ecf\u6d4e\u635f\u5931\uff0c\u4e25\u91cd\u5730\u5a01\u80c1\u4e86\u793e\u4f1a\u7684\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u5a01\u80c1\u4e86\u4eba\u7c7b\u7684\u751f\u5b58\u3002\u4e2d\u56fd\u4e03\u5927\u6c34\u7cfb\u7684\u6c61\u67d3\u7a0b\u5ea6\u4ee5\u6c61\u67d3\u7a0b\u5ea6\u5927\u5c0f\u8fdb\u884c\u6392\u5e8f\uff0c\u5176\u7ed3\u679c\u4e3a:\u8fbd\u6cb3\u3001\u6d77\u6cb3\u3001\u6dee\u6cb3\u3001\u9ec4\u6cb3\u3001\u677e\u82b1\u6c5f\u3001\u957f\u6c5f\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u8fbd\u6cb3\u3001\u6d77\u6cb3\u3001\u6dee\u6cb3\u6c61\u67d3\u6700\u91cd\u3002

摘要 本文围绕营口市区地下水污染问题，对营口市地下淡水资源的污染现状从污染因素、污染途径、污染程度等三个方面进行了分析，并针对当地的水文地质条件和污染现状建议利用井抽、排咸补淡方法，改善地下水环境，治理污染，并提出污染治理的工作步骤。

前言
营口市区属于滨海平原，西临辽东湾，西北为辽河平原，东南为低山丘陵地形，地势平坦，微向海倾斜，坡度＜2°。海拔标高1.6～8.6m。
地理坐标：东经：122°37′30″—122°49′23″，北纬：40°38′23″—40°44′57″。
市区面积约104km2，详见《营口市地下淡水咸化防治调查工作区范围图》。
据近几年营口市地质环境监测站多年地下水动态监测工作成果，营口市区地下淡水资源严重污染，标高－320m以上地下淡水资源已遭受到上部咸水的侵害，淡水咸化污染问题越来越突出，尤其是近二三年，已经发展到影响居民日常生活用水的地步。如不在近期内及时治理，将形成更大范围的水质咸化，最终导致营口市区地下水淡水资源全部被污染。直接影响着营口市的经济发展及人民身体的健康。
1 水文地质背景
该区在全面接受了第三纪沉积基础上，又连续沉积了巨厚的第四纪松散堆积物。自中更新世以来，经历了三次海浸，使本区第四纪松散堆积物具有多种成因类型，形成相互叠置的复杂地质结构。海水的侵入和渗透，使本区形成了上部为咸水，下部为淡水的二元结构含水层。
2 地下淡水资源污染现状分析
经对地下水中氯离子含量变化趋势测量表明，氯离子正以每年40～60mg/l的速度递增。咸淡水界面在水平方向上由西向中—东部运移，随着取水深度的增加，咸水还将沿垂直方向向下渗透。
2.1 污染因素
造成咸水混入淡水层，使水质污染的根本因素是不规则、无规划的深水井施工及落后的成井工艺，旧水井止水位置破坏或井管破损而造成的。据调查营口市区这样使水质咸化的旧井有20余眼，多分布在西市区。
2.2 污染途径
咸水自废弃井向淡水含水层渗透，形成直接污染。其污染途径，是在水质变咸的水井附近取水时因取水层位相同，使咸水很快通过废井补给淡水，形成污染。以位于西市区的光达漂染厂42号井为例，凿井初期水中氯离子含量50～60mg/l，由于东部绝缘材料厂45号井（距42号井200m左右）水质已变咸，使得42号井在1999年12月地下水中氯离子含量达780mg/l。导致该井4年前停止使用。41号井距42井150m,1997～1999年氯离子含量不断上升，1999年12月达150mg/l。这种由于一眼井咸化，进而造成其他相邻井水咸化污染的现象在西部区已连成一片。咸淡水界面在水平、垂直方向将随其时间的持续而下降。最终导致营口市区地下淡水资源全部被污染。
2.3 污染程度
监测区自1980年部署监测网点，累计采取不同季节（枯、丰）水质监测样200余件，水化学全分析90余件，分析35项，简分析120余件，分析24项，累计水化学分析项目6000余项。
从动态监测从同一监测点不同时间水化学分析结果可知，未遭受咸水混入时，地下水各项组分均符合国标《地下水质量标准》（GB/T14848-93），当有咸水混入时，水质变咸，氯离子含量每年以40～50倍速度增长。其他有毒有害物质也随之增多，其中NO2－尤为突出，局部超饮用水标准500倍，As元素由未检出变化为超出背景含量值，水化学类型由HCO3--Na型转为Cl-Na型水。水位标高－320m以上井水已全部被污染，氯离子含量高达1000mg/l，个别达6700mg/l，已形成咸水污染带。这是营口市地下水水质源在开发利用中所面临的最为严峻的地质灾害问题。
3 污染治理探讨
鉴于营口市区地下淡水资源咸化污染的因素及污染途径和发展趋势，结合本区的实际水文地质条件，利用井抽、排咸补淡方法，改善地下水环境，治理污染，笔者认为是可行的。这种方法简单，适用，成本低，治理一眼井，全部费用不超过万元，尤其适用井壁完整而止水处损坏的井。
其步骤是：
（1）水质污染普查
采用1∶2.5万水文地质测绘，查明区内所有开采井、废弃井分布位置，并对其进行水质常量、微量组分析。了解污染程度，确定污染范围。
（2）查清咸水井的咸淡水界面
利用水文地质、水文物探等工作手段，确定咸淡水界面，或根据水井止水部位确定，找出淡水顶层，即粘土或泥岩层，做为进一步处理的部位。
（3）确定井深
测量咸水井实际深度，如果深度大于淡水顶板隔水层，用砂填至止水部位下端，下栓塞，重新止水。如小于，即井淤积物高于止水层，则先清淤，将止水部位露出，为下一步工作打好基础。
（4）射孔
利用水文地质钻探，采用射孔枪处理不同情况下废井。在淡水顶板隔水层部位（止水部位）以射孔枪射孔，做为注浆通道，射孔形成的孔洞应均匀分布在井壁管周围，使注入的水泥浆在井管外均匀分布。
（5）注浆
以高压泵注浆，钻杆为注浆导管，计算好注浆部位（射孔部位），上、下加栓塞封闭，使水泥浆尽量沿井管外部空间与周围粘土层结合一体。封闭咸淡水之间的通道，水泥须500＃以上，为使凝结加快，可加入速凝剂。
（6）井抽渠排，排咸补淡，改善地下水环境
定时抽水取样化验，以达到咸化前氯离子含量标准。
（7）检查
在治理的井旁（10～20m），重新凿一眼井，新井止水、取水层位与已治理的咸化井相同，成井后，抽水，取样，测定氯离子含量，随抽水时间的延续，不断取样，测定氯离子含量，观察氯离子含量与抽水时间的关系。如出现氯离子含量先高后低，最终接近原井咸化前氯离子含量。说明处理成功。
4 对废弃井的处理
对废弃井重新下管或打井，如确定不再使用的井，要严格封闭止水位置，回填，封孔，免遭来自地表的人为污染。
5 结语
人类的生存和社会经济的发展，依赖于良好的自然环境和地质环境系统的支持，人类通过科学技术可以改善或改造自然环境，使其更有利于人类社会的发展。相反，人类活动，特别是生产建设，如果不遵循自然界的客观规律，也可以破坏自然环境，使社会经济和人类生产蒙受重大损害。营口市区地下淡水资源咸化污染，就是缺乏环境保护意识，导致生态环境严重恶化的结果。
制订地下水开发保护计划，从而对地下淡水咸化污染治理提出有效的对策，是遏制现在正在污染和未来继续污染的最佳途径。
