中铁技术员个人工作总结
我于2000年7月毕业于焦作工学院（原焦作矿院），毕业后分配到中铁廿局四处，后调入深圳市道路工程公司，现就这几年的主要专业技术工作作一下总结：
2000年7月2002年6月 在中铁廿局四处承建的山东曲荷高速公路跨京沪特大铁路桥项目上任技术员。我到项目上时，桩基工程已经结束，我分配在梁厂，和徐力工程师一起负责梁的预制。该桥全长近900m，公路与铁路相交，桥宽28m，为双向双幅四车道。桥面面积为24900㎡。桥梁结构形式为20×35m+6×30mT梁，其中第11跨为跨京沪铁路。桥梁上部为后张法预应力T梁共312片，其中：35 m T梁240片，30 m T梁72片。下部为圆形和方形双柱式桥墩。该桥砼方量为37000多m3。下面简单介绍我在这个项目上的施工经验：
1、预应力混凝土T梁采用附着式振动器与插入式振动器相结合的振捣工艺，有效地保证了“马蹄形”部分混凝土的振捣密实，T梁混凝土外观质量有了明显提高。
2、在预制台座底上预设拱值，成功解决了T梁反拱值偏大，影响桥面混凝土铺装的问题。
我所负责的所有的梁没有出现蜂窝、麻面等质量缺陷，各项指标均达到设计和规范要求，因此受到项目部的嘉奖和业主的好评。
2002年6月-2002年11月 在中铁廿局四处承建的青海省乐（都）化（隆）公路改建工程路基一标项目上任桥涵工程师。该标段长15公里，共有53个桥涵等结构物，其中小桥二座，拱涵二座，其余为钢筋砼板涵和管涵。该工程的特点之一是工期紧，只有5个月，拆迁困难，要注意民族团结，还要保障交通。因此我们的结构物采用了下面的措施来组织施工：
1、 一次性基本上在每个结构物附近做好通车便道，以利交通；
2、 由于地基是黄土，因此我们设阻水、导水设施，以防止雨水冲刷地基。
3、 大拱涵变更为用相应排水量的波纹管来代替。
在这个项目上我的经验主要有以下几点：
1、 黄土地区的公路桥涵施工应该注意的一些事项，比如台背回填采用土工格栅，注意防止雨水对地基黄土的冲刷等等；
2、 石拱涵的施工工艺 这里采用了支架和牛胎相结合的施工方法；
3、 高原冻土地区公路施工中注意的一些事项，比如阻断路基和路面之间的热传导，防止水在路基中的毛吸现象等等。
2003年3月-2004年7月 在深圳市道路工程公司承建的广东省S274线开平段改建工程项目部任道路工程师。省道S274线开平段改建工程位于捻广线开平市境内，路线起于开平市与新兴县交界处，起点桩号K49+500，途经龙胜镇、苍城镇，止于沙塘镇朗畔，与已按一级公路改建完成的苍城至长沙段连接，终点桩号K83+704.72，全长34.20km。主线路面为20cm6%水泥稳定基层；15cm6%水泥稳定基层；4.0和5.0Mpa25cm水泥混凝土路面。稳定土摊铺采用德国进口VogeleS-2000型摊铺机，水泥混凝土摊铺采用德国进口SP-1500型滑模摊铺机。下面就主要的施工经验说明一下：
1、成功解决水泥砼施工中接缝处平整度的问题：前段施工结束时用6米长的铝合金来控制平整度，然后在第二天施工前用水平仪来测量前段十米砼板的高程偏差，以此来调节第二天要施工的感应线高度；
2、许多水泥砼的路面行车不是很平稳，但是在这个项目上我们的水泥砼路的平整度达到了规范要求，主要是我们采用了下面的措施，首先在摊铺机的后横梁上挂上麻布，其次在一长9米的小钢管上缝上麻布，在拉纹前再拖二至三遍；再次是确定好料车的数量，以使摊铺机不要停机待料时间过长等等。
2004年7月-2004年9月 在深圳市道路工程公司承建的深圳市园博园配套工程项目部任道路工程师。该工程是单层商铺，设计采用徽派建筑风格，在这个工程中我了解了徽派建筑的一些特点，比如黛瓦、粉壁、马头墙、砖雕等等。
2005年1月-2005年8月 在深圳市龙华锦绣江南人行天桥项目部任桥梁工程师，本工程位于梅龙路锦绣江南三期、四期之间通道、横跨梅龙路人行天桥、主桥长85.76米，桥宽4.3米，分为4跨，主车道净高5.5米，辅道净高4.5米，两侧各设人行楼道两座双向、人行梯道宽3.0米，净宽2.7米，桥面双向横坡1.5%，纵向竖曲线坡度为=800米。地基持力层为全风化或强风化花刚岩，基础采用钻孔灌注桩，端承摩擦桩。在这个项目中我们的桩全部达到规范和设计要求。在这个项目上的经验是桩基础的施工。具体见我的论文《浅谈钻孔灌注桩的质量控制》，这篇论文得到了工区技术负责人的高度赞扬。
2005年8月-今 在深圳市道路工程公司承建的广东省鹤山市双和公路路面一标项目部任道路工程师。该工程和S274线差不多，只是该工程多了在特大隧道中摊铺砼，在这个项目中我们成功解决了在特在隧道中利用水泥摊铺机进行滑模摊铺的问题，比人工铺筑缩短了工期，提高了经济效益。得到了工区领导的表扬。
总之，这几年我一直工作在一线，不断努力提高自己的专业技术水平，实践书本知识，另外在工作之余我参加了全国注册一级建造师的考试，并一次性通过了考试。
我的成长与各个项目上的工程师们的指导、帮助是分不开的，在此一并表示感谢。
