在“增效减负”的今天，我们一直关注学生的一种自学能力，我们一直提倡的是“把教学的第一个动作还给学生”，在一年级的语文课堂中，我尝试着把识字教学的第一个动作还给学生，让学生运用以前掌握的识字方法，进行自主学习，在生生互动的交流中，做适时地指导，既提高了学生的学习兴趣和自信，又节省了学习生字的时间，可谓一举多得。
二、多元识字。
学生学习生字的方法很多，我在平时的课堂教学中及时为孩子展示多种识字方法做了如下的归类：
1、识字想像法；
什么是识字想像法？就是我们所说的象形字教学。
如“木、口、日、月、马、羊、鸟、火”等一些象形字，通过动画的形式展示这些字的演变过程，从而加深学生对这些字的理解及形状的记忆。
2、识字教学中的“加减法”。
利用学生熟悉的字，采取“加一加”、“减一减”、“换一换”等方法，学生运用已掌握的知识去学习新内容。例如，在学了“一”字后，学生可以用加一笔的方法，加一笔变成“二、十”，加二笔变成“三、大、土”等，这样学生就能在最短的时间内学会生字，提高识字效率。对于一年级的孩子来说，他们觉得这是一种有趣的识字方法，而且平时还可以组织学生自己比一比，谁能用这样的方法说出更多的字。
3、同偏旁识字法与识字比较法交叉使用。
随着教学的深入，孩子们需要认识的字也更多了，我指导学生用归类的方法来识字。如学生可以用偏旁相同的方法来记字。比如“扌”，在一年级的识字中就有好些字要求认识的：打、拍、排、拔等，那么就可以用到“同偏旁识字法”，而且让他们试着比较，此处也用到了识字比较法。孩子通过比较发现他们偏旁相同，而且右边部分与这个字的意思能够相连，自然而然，就能在比较中牢记。
4、找呀找呀找朋友。
许多的字，孩子真的没有办法把它记住，而且就看着这个字读，这个识字效果微乎其微。于是我把学生学过的字全部拿出来，让孩子们在这些字当中找朋友，看看哪两个字可以成为好朋友，而且一课有一课的任务。
具体操作如下：如我上了汉语拼音中的声母：b、p、m、f这一课中有“爸、妈、我”三个字要认识，我就让学生在这三个字中找出来，哪两个字可以做朋友，学生一下子就可以找出来“爸和妈可以成为好朋友，组成词语：爸妈”；到了教学d、t、n、l这一课，有“大、米、土、地、马”五字字要认识，我在教学了这五个字之后，又把前一课学的“爸、妈、我”三个字一起拿出来，这样一来就有8个字，让孩子们在这8个字中找一找，哪两个字可以成为好朋友，孩子们就说出了“爸妈、大妈、大米、土地、大地、大马”这样一些词语，就这样一天一天的积累，学生既能“温故”，也能“知新”，而且还积累了大量的词语。
三、区别对待。
在学习的过程中，不可能每个学生的均衡发展的，有一部分记忆能力校强的孩子能够快速的记住每天所学的字，但也有一部分学生，无论如何都记不住，那么为了对每个孩子公平，我对于这些孩子区别对待，我把孩子们分成三部分，第一部分是记忆能力相对较好，能快速的记住这些字词的孩子；第二部分是中等的孩子，他们能记住，但需要通过复习等形式；第三部分就是通过复习也不能记住的孩子。这三部分孩子如何区别对待呢，我为第一部分的孩子准备了一些拼音读物，让孩子们读这些故事，在故事中的进一步认识更多的字；第二部分的孩子的拼音读物相对于第一部分的孩子来说稍微简单一点；而第三部分的孩子则让他们先学会课文中的儿歌，通过学习这些儿歌，来加深对生字的印象。
四、教学中的感受。
在以往的识字教学中，死记硬背、大量枯燥的识字训练只会抹杀孩子的识字兴趣；只有以新颖活泼的教学方法来激发识字兴趣、掌握识字方法，以加强儿歌、故事的阅读来巩固已学汉字，这才是推进低段识字有效教学的重要途径。通过课堂上的识字教学我看到：
1、学习好的同学在识字过程他们的识字能力得到了同学和老师的认可，他们在学习中的“自我价值”得到了体现，学习的兴趣大大提升了。
2、学习有困难的学生，在这一过程中得到了识字方法学习的很多启示，而这种启示来源于学习，让学生带动学生的学习，这样比单纯的教师教学更有效果。
3、班级中列于学习偏中等的学生在这一过程中，参与识字的兴趣提高了，参与的面也大了，他们积极向学习好的同学靠拢，这样识字的效能就提高了。这样，每一个孩子都会有成功的体验。
我想，作为一线的教学者，就是让孩子从怕学到想学，从想学到乐学，从乐学到好学，这样，我们的教育就成功了。
