《丽姬传》中，公孙丽是天下第一大美人，是卫国大将军的孙女，和师兄青梅竹马。出门偶遇了秦始皇嬴政，因为救命之恩和过人的美貌，嬴政将她抢到宫中，在后宫展开了一段爱恨情仇，毫无疑问，这又是一段灰姑娘逆袭记。

秦始皇可算历史上少见的没有公开妃子的皇帝了。他虽有很多儿子，但是这些儿子的母亲是谁，史书上没有任何记载，甚至始皇帝都没有皇后。而查遍史书，都没有一个叫做公孙丽的女子出现。

在史书上，和秦始皇有关系的女子一共有三个。楚国的阿若公主。阿若公主是古代典型的女子，坚韧、优雅，敢爱敢恨。是秦始皇与楚国联合的证据，伴随着秦始皇统一六国。为秦始皇生下长子扶苏后就消失在了战乱里。

黎姜是赵国人，作为人质来到秦国修兵马俑，和秦始皇青梅竹马。虽然和秦始皇两情相悦却从不要求名分，秦始皇过于专注争战，黎姜像水一样陪伴在他身边，正好能填补秦始皇感情上的空白。一直跟随在公子扶苏身边，为了缓和父子俩的关系自杀，秦始皇从此不再立皇后。

巴清是秦国的寡妇，因为年轻守寡、帮助家族生意而受到秦始皇的尊重。秦始皇因为母亲赵姬淫乱一事一直心有阴霾，巴清的出现正好给了秦始皇一个理想的母亲形象，巴清给国家捐赠了很多财宝。秦始皇在皇宫里建造了怀清台，以纪念这位贞洁的女子。

据现有记载来看 ，无法证明历史上有这名孙丽存在。秦始皇有很多儿子但是史书却对这些人的生母没有过多记载，更无法考证所说的只爱一人。

丽姬其实是西施，所以后面《丽姬传》改了名字就是为了区分。但是历史上秦始皇的后宫真的是佳丽三千。如果他真的只爱一个人就应该不会有这么多的佳丽了。所以应该是没有的。

假的吧，历史上应该没有这等女子让秦始皇一直痴迷。秦始皇何等人也，历史上的铁腕政治人物，素以残暴著称，让他只爱一人切用情至深想想也不可能。

电视剧只是为了塑造角色，迎合大众的口味。事实上秦始皇受母亲赵姬淫乱的影响，对女人并没有太多的兴趣，史书上很难查到秦始皇对某个女子用情至深。
