太极功夫扇教程如下：
1、预备式：身体自然直立，两脚并拢，右手执扇，扇柄向下。
2、起势（开步抱扇）：左脚开步抱扇，两手环抱胸前，扇骨竖直，扇顶向上。
3、斜飞式（侧弓步举扇）：分手划弧提脚抱手，右脚向右开步，两手交叉，重心右移成右侧弓步，右手向上举扇与头同高，左手向下按掌与胯相平，卧似一张弓。
3、白鹤亮翅（虚步亮扇）：向左转腰摆扇，向右转腰分掌，曲步亮扇（正南侧立开扇），站似一棵松。
