2、孔子思想核心是“礼”与“仁”，在治国的方略上，他主张“为政以德”，用道德和礼教来治理国家是最高尚的治国之道。这种治国方略也叫“德治”或“礼治”。这种方略把德、礼施之于民，实际上已打破了传统的礼不下庶人的信条，打破了贵族和庶民间原有的一条重要界限。 孔子的仁说，体现了人道精神，孔子的礼说，则体现了礼制精神，即现代意义上的秩序和制度。人道主义这是人类永恒的主题，对于任何社会，任何时代，任何一个政府都是适用的，而秩序和制度社会则是建立人类文明社会的基本要求。孔子的这种人道主义和秩序精神是中国古代社会政治思想的精华。
二、人物简介：
孔子（公元前551年9月28日―公元前479年4月11日），子姓，孔氏，名丘，字仲尼，鲁国陬邑人（今山东曲阜），祖籍宋国栗邑（今河南夏邑），中国著名的大思想家、大教育家。孔子开创了私人讲学的风气，是儒家学派创始人。
孔子曾受业于老子，带领部分弟子周游列国十四年，晚年修订六经，即《诗》《书》《礼》《乐》《易》《春秋》。相传他有弟子三千，其中七十二贤人。孔子去世后，其弟子及其再传弟子把孔子及其弟子的言行语录和思想记录下来，整理编成儒家经典《论语》。
孔子在古代被尊奉为“天纵之圣”、“天之木铎”，是当时社会上的最博学者之一，被后世统治者尊为孔圣人、至圣、至圣先师、大成至圣文宣王先师、万世师表。其儒家思想对中国和世界都有深远的影响，孔子被列为“世界十大文化名人”之首。孔子被尊为儒教始祖（非儒学），随着孔子影响力的扩大，孔子祭祀也一度成为和上帝、和国家的祖宗神同等级别的“大祀”。
孔子对后世影响深远，虽说他“述而不作”，但他在世时已被誉为“天纵之圣”、“天之木铎”、“千古圣人”，是当时社会上最博学者之一。后世并尊称他为“至圣”（圣人之中的圣人）、“万世师表”，认为他曾修《诗》《书》，定《礼》 《乐》，序《周易》(称《易经》十翼，或称易传)，改《春秋》。《论语》是儒家学派的经典著作之一，由孔子的弟子及其再传弟子编撰而成。它以语录体和对话文体为主，记录了孔子及其弟子言行，集中体现了孔子的政治主张、伦理思想、道德观念及教育原则等。与《大学》《中庸》《孟子》并称“四书”。通行本《论语》共二十篇。《论语》的语言简洁精炼，含义深刻，其中有许多言论至今仍被世人视为至理。而且古代，小孩进学堂第一个拜的就是孔子。 美国诗人、哲学家爱默生认为“孔子是全世界各民族的光荣”。 1988年，75位诺贝尔奖的获得者在巴黎集会，会议结束后发表联合宣言，呼吁全世界“人类如果要在21世纪生存下去，就必须回首2500年前，去孔子那里汲取智慧。”
