因此，一个月不能超过176小时。公司规定上一天休息一天，是符合劳动法规定的。
一般情况是一周40小时，一个月160小时，超时劳动需要支付加班费，上一天休一天不说说绝对违法，还要看具体情况.
按照具体的工作岗位的不同，单位会安排不同的作息时间的。
上一天休一天的情况，劳动法中并未禁止。也就是说，不禁止的可以存在，除非侵犯了劳动者的合法权益。
国家的规定是: 以全年365天计，扣除52个星期的公休日104天,再扣除法定节假日11天,全年应工作250天,每月平均工作21天左右,每天工作8小时. 按此推算,每个月平均应工作约167小时.上一天就休息一天的话我想公司也不会答应的吧，工作首先应遵从公司的规章条例（在不违背劳动法的前提下）。
