什么叫物质成瘾呢？
物质成瘾就是有特定的物质进入到人的体内。就比如酒精，进入人的体内；吸香烟的时候，尼古丁进入人的体内。

对于特定的物质进入人体之后，人生理状态和精神状态会和这种物质建立起新的平衡。
如果一旦停止使用这种物质，人的生理和精神状态就会有异常的戒断症状的出现，戒断症状的出现就说明成瘾行为的发生。
什么叫做非物质成瘾？
顾名思义就是没有特定的物质进入体内，但是也会对某种行为有重复的，甚至是偏执的一些趋势，最典型的就是赌博成瘾。
有毒瘾的人的行为是不受自己意志控制的，是在理智之外的，已经是没有理性可言了。
我们在生活中能看到的很多非物质成瘾的现象。
最常见的就是玩手机，手机现在已经成为每个人生活当中不可或缺的一个东西了。
我们在任何时候，走在路上也好，吃饭聚餐也好，晚上睡觉之前也好，都会习惯性的拿出手机来进行浏览网页或者是打游戏。
无论是手机使用还是赌博两者的行为是异曲同工的，都有一个不断重复的趋势。
还有就是电子游戏成瘾，电子游戏的另外一个名称叫做电子毒品。
一个人一旦对游戏成瘾，它的这个成瘾行为的后果和吸毒的行为表现是非常相似的，就是反复的，不间断地，自己意志无法控制的一种超乎理性的断的去重复这个行为。
我们在新闻上看到过有人三天三夜在网吧打游戏，不吃不喝不上厕所，最后器官衰竭而猝死。
我们也听说过很多的孩子上学的时候因为电子游戏成瘾而导致学业无法继续，而被辍学，现在这个层面上。
非物质成瘾和物质成瘾的危害后果是一样的，我们都应该远离成瘾，拒绝成瘾行为的产生。
