扣题方法：
1、词句重复点题法。
不断出现文题词语或句子(命题作文紧扣标题、话题作文紧扣话题、材料作文紧扣主题)，文中点题扣题的字眼宜多不宜少，不断地告诉阅卷老师：我的作文没有偏题。
学会在关键处或醒目处点题。何谓关键处或醒目处？标题本身自然是，开头、结尾肯定不能忘，中间几段最好能在段首或在段尾分别点题。是议论文的，在事例论证后也别忘了点题，必要之时，要把点题的句子单独成段
这样全面的形式上的扣题可以使文章中心从思维深处浮现于视觉表面，作者可以不断地提醒自己不要跑题，有球场上叫暂停的效果，可以随时调整思路和写法，更便于紧扣中心作文，读者也更容易把握文章中心，对评卷者的视觉和心理产生强大的视觉冲击力。有时，为了弥补前文点题不足的缺失，在结尾一段或者几段文字点题，以强大的视觉冲击力，以多方面反复点题的力度，实现最大限度的扣题效果，这种浓墨重彩点题法也不失为一种考场救急法。此类贴标签的方法最笨的人都可以学会。
（1）标题扣题。

（2） 小标题扣题。
话题：脸。题目：脸，生命的诠释。小标题一：忧郁之脸，生命的无常。小标题二：淡泊之脸，生命的静谧。小标题三：沧桑之脸，生命的沉重。
话题：答案是丰富多彩的。题目：回答。小标题一：一千个哈姆莱特。小标题二：条条道路通罗马。小标题三：我的回答。
（3）题记扣题——
题目：人与路。世间的路千千万，你必须选择一条自己的路，并走上自己的道路。——题记
题目：闲话山水。山，沉稳，敦厚；水，灵动，聪慧。仁者爱山，智者乐水。——题记
题目：回声”的启示。爱人者，人恒爱之；敬人者，人恒敬之。——题记
题目：生活需要宽恕。当一只脚踏在紫罗兰的花瓣上时，它却将香味留在了那只脚上，这就是宽恕。——题记
（4）开头扣题：
开头引用和比喻扣题：席慕容说：“生命是一条奔流不息的河，我们都是那个过河的人。”在生命之河的左岸是忘记，在生命之河的右岸是铭记。我们乘坐着各自独有的船在左岸与右岸穿梭，才知道 ——忘记该忘记的，铭记该铭记的。
开头引用材料扣题：小鸟能飞过太平洋，在于它明白，要想成功，最重要的不是鸟窝、食物这些沉重而繁琐的东西。它需要的只是一个可以生存下去的东西，即一根树枝。树枝对它而言才是最最重要的。由此可见，无论是小鸟还是人类，在面临选择时，学会选择最重要的方面才能体现其智慧。
（5）结尾扣题
正如有位名人所说：“好奇是心灵的火花。”没有它，也许我们依旧骑马撑舟；没有它，夜晚将是无尽的黑暗；失去它，人类就不可能成为万物之灵。
让我们保持那永无止境的好奇，或许有一天我们也能发现世界的秘密。
评析：这是文章的结尾部分，作者用了两节文字，其中一节是深化节，方法是“正反对比”。结尾段尽管用语不多，但是紧扣“好奇”这个主题，强调保持好奇心的好处，既是强调，也是呼吁，这样的结尾使得文章的论证滴水不漏。
（6）析例扣题。
主体段的开头、用例、例后议论和段尾，都有程度不同的扣题。
例一：好奇推动进步。许多科学发现来自于对世界的好奇，这种好奇往往能够激发科学家的探究思维。被称为“遗传学之父”的孟德尔，在强烈好奇心的驱使下，在修道院里对豌豆做了几十年的实验，进行了大量的分析对比，他最终发现了生物遗传的内在规律，建立了经典遗传学，从而开创了生物学的新篇章。如果他没有强烈的好奇心，事事抱着事不关己的态度，也许今天我们的生命工程、克隆技术还将会是一张白纸。正是这一位位的伟人，正是他们强烈的好奇心和求知欲以及刨根问底的精神，构建起我们现在这个色彩斑斓的大千世界。
评析：这是作文中的第二分论点，它的局部结构很规范，在分析完分论点并且举例之后开始析例，它的析例紧扣“没有好奇心”的坏处展开议论，强调了“好奇心”对科学进步的价值。作者始终扣住关键词“好奇心”，这一点值得我们学习和借鉴。
例二：国家体操队选手桑兰在一次比赛中失手，永远坐在了轮椅上。对一个花季少女，这是多么大的打击！未来的道路该怎样走，确实需要认真辨一辨。是心安理得地接受众人的关心与同情，在一天天的哀叹中老去，还是勇敢面对现实？桑兰辨清了自己的处境，辨明了自己的人生方向，毅然选择了做体育节目主持人，在自己热爱的领域中点燃生命之火，点亮另一段人生。正因为她能辨清困境，辨明前进的方向，在人们心中永留她那充满活力的笑脸。
分析：话题“辨”.1、用近义词扣: 辨认、辨识、辨别、辨析、辨明、分辨、辨出、辨清…… 2、选例时从辨是什么、为什么辨、怎样辨、辨的结果等层面上突出辨。 3、扣题有层次
2、似曾相识点题法。
若一味生硬点题，有时文章可能会显得呆板。因此机智的写作者可以在行文过程中，变刻意点题为自然点题，让符合命题要求的似曾相识的词句在文章的各处变化着反复出现，在变化中给人丰富生动的感受。不变的是基调，变化的是表达方式（描写、抒情、议论等）和修辞（比喻、排比、设问、引用、对比等方面，使得文章重点突出，文采斐然。
3、话题内容扣题法。
形式上的扣题点题容易做到，内容上的扣题则需用心去做。作文内容与作文题所提供话题或材料要有明显的相似语句，要有实质的本质的联系和契合，而不是貌合神离。比如你写“找准自己的位置”这一论点，引用田忌赛马的例子时，这样写“田忌正是认清了马应处的位置，调换了马的顺序，使自己的马赢得了比赛，可见，认清位置是多么重要啊”，好像扣紧了位置一词，但是明合暗不合，题目是“找准自己的位置”，却写成要认清马的能力且安排好马的比赛顺序，重点偏了。
要理解题目的意思，不理解，多看几遍！真不理解，就去做下一题，把剩下的题目理解了就快点做，再还回做不理解的题目，那不理解的题目就可以被后面会做的题目找到技巧理解！
跑题就是名不副实，题目和内容很难对应，或是直接自己写了篇和要求打不上边儿的文章。审题时多读几遍，想好论点再写，论据一定要围绕着论点来找，每个论据都是来证明论点的，一般找对论点论据应该是跑不了什么题
跑题就是与要求题目不符，内容与要求主题不搭边。
