是会受到惩罚的，我国法律森严，绝对不会纵容违法的人逍遥法外，无论他是医生也好，什么职业都不能让犯罪者逍遥法外。

再者医生的作为也是再度破坏了医患关系，医生和患者关系本来已经出现隔阂。医生这般作为更是加剧这种情况的演变。

再看医生的猥亵行为更是犯罪，且不说医生本应该是治病救人，悬壶济世的社会形象。不求有功，但求无过，这位医生还要给医生这个职业抹黑。而猥亵行为更是违法犯罪的行为。如果不能在其心中树立良好的法律意识。医生的形象在人们心中也会逐渐崩塌。

对于这种事情我们更要严惩这个医生的行为，给社会群众一个交代，并且达到足够的警戒效果。

毕竟我们在生活中虽然好人多，但是其中也不免有些坏人。要实行足够严厉的处罚才能打压这些违法的心理。其次，我们擦亮自己的眼睛。在寻找医生时，选择大型正规的医院或者可靠的医生。如果是儿童最好有着大人的陪同之后至少也能保证安全，以防意外发生。

这个女孩的经历也是对我们的警醒，我们虽然生活在太平盛世，但是对于生活中的危险需要时刻注意保护好自己和家人。另外保护弱小是我们义不容辞的责任。

如果我们都能够重视这件事，相信这种事件此后也会很少发生，毕竟如此严厉的惩罚足矣让这些心生歹意的人退缩。

这件事从开始的猥亵行为就是医生的犯罪行为，其次狡辩的行为更是罪加一等。但是如今我们的司法体系足够完善且公正，一定能够给犯罪者严惩。保护弱者的权益，带给大家安全。

最后，还是祝愿大家都能够注意好家中年幼的孩子，他们需要保护和关心，只有我们自己注意保护，才能预防这类事件。
