have an agreement with sb 就不同了，
其正确意思是 “与某人有协议” 。
有协议不等于精神上或理念上一致。
有协议是双方通过商讨后达成的协议/契约，
尽管你理念上未必同意协议内所说的东西，但你同意履行协议里的条款，
比如：
I have an agreement with Tom to buy the car, which is a Volvo. Tom thinks Volvos are great cars. I am not crazy about Volvos. I think Hondas are better. But we WILL buy the Volvo, because I did make that agreement with him, even if I do not agree with Tom on Volvos being great cars.
