在我的理解上看，个人认为他省略了way，即 in other way 换句话说；同时这里还有一个需要注意的点是“I will not do so,even love the way”中的not是和后面那个动词 love 一起否定了的，所以在翻译的时候需要将even这句译成否定意思。
有没有可能是你抄错题目题目？ 我觉得应该是
even i love the way 而且后面应该还有一部分,像even i love the way you change之类的；
然后从If you do change开始应该这么翻译：如果你一定要改变的的话，那我也不会改变，即使我喜欢你改变的方法
