徐再思，元散曲家。字德可，号甜斋，嘉兴（今属浙江）人。其小令多写江南风物和闺情，风格清新秀丽。与贯云石（号酸斋）齐名，后人合辑其作品，称为《酸甜乐府》。

作者已不可考~一般都写作“佚名”或“无名氏”
其实这首诗可以算作故时流传下来的，题目已不可考，或是干脆就没有名字，《一望二三里》也是后人取的，就像很多古文都是只取前两个字一样。
但也有人说作者：（宋）邵壅
