人格解体—depersonalization
一种知觉障碍，特征为自我关注增强，但感到自我的全部或部分似乎是不真实、遥远或虚假的；这种改变发生时，感觉正常而且情感表达能力完整。在各种复杂而痛苦的主观体验中，多难以用文字表达，比较突出的有躯体改变的体验、强迫性自我审视、缺乏情感反应、时间体验紊乱，以及身份异化感或自动感。也表现为一种奇怪的复合体验障碍，感到自身或外部世界发生了改变，具有一种陌生感和不真实感。如感到环境发生改变、不真实，似若做梦（现实解体）；觉得体验能力丧失，似乎不能哭、不能爱和恨（情感解体）；觉得身体某部变大、变小、分离、嵌合、空虚（躯体解体）。
人格解体作为一个症状，在许多精神疾病中都能见到，尤其常见于抑郁症、癔病、疑病症等。有一位抑郁症病人准确地描述了自己患病后出现的人格解体症状："自从发病以来，我不但情绪不高，有自卑、自责的念头及对前途感到无望，还有一个症状也让我难以忍受，就是自己与别人及外界事物间总有一种难以打破的隔膜感，比如我看日出、看花，都如在梦里，与人交往时也有一种似真若梦的感觉，我真怀疑自己是不是还活着。"
在正常人群中也有许多人有过这种经历，尤其是那些爱幻想的诗人、小说家，更是常常"如堕五里雾中"，而且，有许多人还将这种经历记录下来，成为传世佳作。存在主义哲学家、文学家保罗·萨特曾写过一篇小说，名叫《恶心》，其中详细而逼真地描写了"我"的人格丢失的感觉。书中的"我"已丧失了独立存在的人格，而被其"替身"所替代了，连呼吸、写字等一举一动都不再属于自己，而是为那位"替身"存在的，"我"为此而陷入深深的苦恼之中。显然，在萨特的笔下，这种人格解体（萨特称为"非存在"）是一种痛苦的心理经历。
前面已经说过，正常人群中，也有许多人有这种人格解体的体验，但一般不会到医院去就诊，只有当事人觉得这种"似真若梦"的感觉妨碍了自己的生活时，才会求助于医生。
不用太担心，要是这种情况持续或者是频繁发生的话可以去医院看看。一般来讲，正常人也会有人格解体的情况发生，只要不去特意关注它，不会有事的。
