Firstly, you should have a healthy diet. It means that you should eat vegetables and fruit every day. You 'd better have less junk food.
Then, you should communicate with your families and friends, because they can make you happy and meet your needs.Also, you should exercise every day. It\u2019s good for your health and can make you feel energetic.
At the same time, you should learn to relax, like listening to music or reading, that can make you fell relaxed when you under too much pressure. You can\u2019t stay up too late, too. Enough sleep is also very important.
I think as long as we have a healthy lifestyle,we can grow up heathily.
应为healthy这里表示人的状态，而不是形容grow.
我记得高中课本里有一句话说：She died happy.这里的happy和healthy一样

我的答案是两者皆可
不过
如果适用于书面语的话用grow up healthily
如果是口语用healthily grow up比较好一些！
