第一个意思：“有”，如：

do与does， have与has，它们的意思分别相同，只是用的地方不同，你从上面的句子也能够看出来。
do和have,用在主语是第一、二人称，第三人称复数的句子里。即：

而does和has，用在主语是第三人称单数（简称三单，或单三）的句子里。即：

PS:英语里有这样一个语法，有点儿麻烦，但是很重要，不能避免。那就是：
在你们目前学的句子里，当主语是第三人称单数的时候，后面的谓语动词要用第三人称单数形式，即在后面加-s。（当然，如同名词变复数一样，动词后面加-s也分直接加，或加-es），这些都将在unit 5和unit 6中学到。
所以，综上所述，主语是三单时，谓语动词也要变三单——这句话一定要牢记。
另外关于they 和 them,简单的来说they 是主格，一般用在句子开头，them 是宾格，一般用在句子中间或是动词的后面。如：
They are students. 他们是学生。

简单的说：has 和have的区别就是在使用的时候注意主语，看他是单数还是复数，单数的情况就用has，其他的就用have.(这里没考虑时态)

doesn't和don't的区别与上面说的has和have的区别相似，要看主语的单复数情况，单数是用doesn't，复数时用don't
