2.冲洗

（2）糖皮质激素 应用糖皮质激素治疗应严格掌握适应证，可用于过敏性角膜炎、角膜基质炎的治疗。细菌性角膜炎急性期、真菌性角膜炎禁用糖皮质激素。
（3）口服药物 对重症角膜炎，可加用口服药物，增加局部营养，促进溃疡愈合。常用维生素C、维生素B2及鱼肝油丸等。
5.包扎和敷裹
（1）为了使眼球停止转动，促使溃疡早日痊愈，必须进行包裹。这一处理特别适应于冬季。因其不但使眼球不致受凉，而且又发生热敷与保护作用。
（2）如果结膜囊内有分泌物者，不应包扎，可以布勒氏(Buller氏)眼罩或黑眼镜代替之。再者，如果溃疡势将穿破，或在结瘢期势将隆起，应于每日施以压迫绷带包扎，如果日间不可能，应在晚间睡眠时用之，以其挽救不良后果。
