一、课题的提出
1979年，我国出台了独生子女政策，到现在已经产生了整整一代“独生子女”，并且第二代独生子女群体也正在逐步产生。独生子女作为一个特殊的社会群体，不但在今天，而且在未来的社会生活中都有着举足轻重的作用。
深圳是特区，经济在飞速发展，社会随着经济的发展也稳步前进，教育在经济和社会的发展中发挥着重要的作用。家庭教育是影响着人的一生的教育，在深圳的家庭结构中已出现了许多以独生子女为中心的“421”结构(四个老人、一双父母、一个孩子)的典型小家庭。这种家庭结构的变化，对社会结构、价值结构、社会运行机制、文化、消费模式、教育模式等方面产生了重要的影响，而且这种影响必将随着独生子女政策的延续，对未来社会产生不可估量的深远影响。
本课题是结合我校的独生子女家庭教育情况而提出的。我校共有学生2211人，其中独生子女有592人，占总人数的26.8%。独生子女的家庭教育具有一定的优越性，如：家庭经济相对优越，孩子享有父母充分的关爱，家长对孩子的教育比较重视，等等。但同样也存在着相当多的问题，如：父母错误的教养态度；错误的教育思想；不良的家庭环境对独生子女的性格、行为、交往、心理等方面带来了许多不利的影响。
因此，对这一代独生子女的成长研究和教育研究便成了十分重要的课题。我们从学校的实际出发，在《对不同类型的家庭分别实施规模化家庭教育个案跟踪指导的实践研究》总课题组的指导下，申报了该课题的子课题——《独生子女家庭中的问题学生家庭家庭教育指导的实践与研究》，并结合《培养现代城市人——开放教育实践与研究》校本课题进行研究，为实现我校“培养具有国际视野的现代城市人”教育目标发挥积极作用。
（一）文献综述
据有关研究者统计，从1980年到1989年，国内一些有影响的学术刊物上共发表有关独生子女的论文和研究报告70余篇。九十年代后，独生子女问题的研究更加广泛和深入，出版了不少专著，如上海市教委和市妇联联合组织的《中国城市独生子女人格发展现状与教育研究》、穆光宗著的《中国的未来交给谁——独生子女问题的紧急报告》、万云英编著的《独生子女的教育》、马哲编著的《独生子女错误行为矫正》、赵执平编著的《怎样教育独生子女》、风笑天著的《独生子女研究》、林崇德主编的160万字的《独生子女教育百科》等等。
以上研究虽然并没有见到大规模的个案研究资料与范例，但他们的研究涉及到家庭结构、家庭关系、家庭生活方式、父母生育意愿、家庭对独生子女教育或社会化的影响等方方面面，并针对这些问题提出了一系列的教育策略及方法。这些研究成果为我们从规模化分类指导的视角对问题独生子女家庭的个案跟踪指导研究提供了逻辑起点，积累了宝贵而丰富的研究资料，为我们的研究创新准备了条件。
（二）课题界定
我校承担的子课题《独生子女家庭中的问题学生家庭家庭教育指导的实践与研究》具有特定的内涵，其内涵界定为：
1.独生子女家庭。
2.存在各种教育性与发展性问题的独生子女家庭，这些问题表现在孩子身上主要为习惯、态度、能力、情感、注意力、心理健康等非智力因素方面（暂不涉及智力因素），表现在家长方面主要为观念、方法、态度、策略等。
3.课题教师的重点指导对象是家长，即通过家长的改变与亲子关系的改善，促进孩子的改变，教给家长科学合理的教育态度、策略、方法等，而非把学生直接作为主要指导对象。
4.课题研究以改变家庭教育现状为基础，其直接效果是家长的改变和家教水平的提升以及问题的解决或改善，以此为基点进行实践性与实证性研究，探索家庭教育指导的有效策略与模式。
（三）研究价值
独生子女是我国特殊国情下的产物。由于独生子女在家庭中位置特殊，家长对这种特殊性缺乏认识和心理上的准备，也缺少教育独生子女的理论依据，因此对于独生子女的教育存在种种误区，造成了当代独生子女普遍存在的一些问题：过分自我，不懂感恩；目无尊长，任性骄横；依赖成性，缺乏独立性；大手大脚，不爱惜财物等。这给学校教育、家庭教育、社会教育带来不少难题，不利于社会的和谐发展。因而中华精神科学会副主任委员、世界精神病学会分类与诊断委员会副主任委员、卫生部发言人之一陈彦方教授说，当前社会心理问题比较集中的三类人群中，独生子女就是其中之一。由此可见，独生子女的心理问题及其家庭教育方法策略是值得我们关注的一个重要问题。
（四）研究基础
我校自2003年9月开始，进行了《学习困难学生家庭教育指导模式研究与实践》这一课题的研究，该课题已于2006年6月结题。在该课题的实践与研究过程中，我们通过收集、学习大量的有关家庭教育方面研究材料，经常深入学生家庭进行跟踪调查，在“独生子女心理问题研究”、“独生子女教育的对策”等方面积累一定的经验，培养了一批家庭教育的科研骨干教师，为我们开展《独生子女家庭中的问题学生家庭家庭教育指导的实践与研究》打下了较好的基础。
二、课题假设
我们认为，在家庭教育层面，独生子女的问题主要是由家庭教育观念、教育态度、教育方法、教育环境与氛围、教育结构、教育程序等方面的失当或误区而导致的，通过家长学校和家访等方式，有计划、有步骤、成系列、讲策略的对独生子女家庭教育个案跟踪指导，存在于家庭中的大多数教育失当或误区是可以得到改善甚至纠正的，家长家庭教育的水平会因此得到提高，独生子女的问题也会因此得到改善或解决，从而提高此类学生的学习能力、自理能力、交往能力、创造能力，促进他们全面健康发展。
三、课题研究目标
我们希望通过对这一课题的研究，对独生子女家庭中的问题学生家庭进行深入的调查研究，寻找此类家庭教育中的缺失和误区，剖析其产生的多种因素及各种影响因素之间的相互关系，探索有效的指导策略，进行有效的实践指导，改善或解决此类家庭家庭教育中的问题，改变家庭教育现状，提升家长家庭教育水平，促进问题学生的转变，并通过“认识——实践——再认识——再实践”的不断螺旋上升和科学提炼，形成此类家庭家庭教育指导的有效模式。同时，课题研究的整个过程就是一个动态的教师培训过程，提高教师的家庭教育指导水平也是本课题的重要目标之一。
四、课题研究的主要内容
本课题研究主要从以下四个方面入手：
1.对独生子女家庭中问题学生家庭导致问题出现的主要影响因素和问题形成的机制进行调查、研究。
2.对独生子女家庭教育中问题学生家庭家庭教育的种种误区进行剖析，探索独生子女家庭中问题学生家庭家庭教育指导的类型化指导策略。诸如家教观念、家教方法、学习管理、亲子沟通等类型化指导策略。
3.对独生子女家庭中问题学生存在的心理问题进行分析，探索有效的心理辅导策略，并进行介入性的干预和实践性指导，使其心理问题逐步得到矫正。
4.探索独生子女家庭家庭教育指导与“培养现代城市人”教育实验相结合的校本课题实践与研究模式。
五、课题研究思路与方法
（一）研究思路
1.本课题在一至五年级共选择了14个个案家庭。每个研究对象由两名教师（所在班班主任及科任教师）共同开展研究工作。
2.本课题采用个案组与对照组对比研究设计，确定14个具有同质性的学生家庭组成本课题的对照组，并对对照组家庭进行前测与后测，以便对个案跟踪研究成效的对比研究。
3.本课题研究的第一步是对个案家庭与对比家庭进行深入的调查了解，认真填写《个案家庭调查表》与《对照家庭调查表》，并运用总课题组制订的相关问卷对两类家庭进行前测（课题结题前进行后测）。
4.每学期开学初，课题组教师根据子课题组的安排与个案跟踪指导的总任务及实际情况，制订课题研究计划，并交子课题组审核备案。子课题组据此检查督促个案跟踪指导情况。
5.子课题组每两个月督查一次课题组成员的个案跟踪指导情况，并召开会议，通报情况，交流经验，总结成绩。
6.课题组成员每月进入个案家庭一次，开展家访指导，做到访前目标明确，访后记录详实。
7.课题研究全程中每个个案至少要有十二次家访实录，两篇家庭教育指导典型案例，每个个案要有中期小结，子课题要有中期总结报告。
（二）研究方法
1.个案跟踪指导法。老师以朋友的身份与家庭成员形成亲和、密切的关系，以商量、讨论、合作的态度开展指导工作，调动家长和孩子的积极性和主动性，力争使家长成为共同参与研究、既获得指导又产生自我指导能力的一员。指导教师平时以电话、捎字条、手机短信、网络沟通等方式与个案家庭保持经常性的密切联系。
2.行动研究法。在实施过程中采用行动研究法，即在研究和指导中不断反思和检验指导效果，发现问题，及时调整、补充或改变指导内容、方式、策略，最终达到预期的效果。
3.案例研究法。对优秀的个案跟踪记录加以定向的要求和指导，形成一篇篇教育案例。要求每位个案指导教师至少提交一、二篇符合教育案例要求的完整而有意义的案例，进行相互交流，深入研究，发挥典型案例的启示和导向作用。
六、课题研究原则
（一）三个结合
1.把学校、家庭、社区教育相结合。
2.课题研究与教师家访相结合。
3.个案跟踪与全员指导相结合。
（二）三项训练
1.统一对照训练。用独生子女问题转化情况检验个案跟踪方法是否正确，在“实验——检验”中不断提升。
2.教师、家长接对训练。确定个案跟踪对象，安排专门的指导教师，形成家、校接对，对学生进行指导。
3.教师专业训练。请专家对参加实验的教师进行指导，提高教师的课题研究能力。
七、课题研究的保障措施
1.学校给予人力、物力、财力支持和科研指导。
2.确立研究的家庭和指导教师，建立个案跟踪制度。
3.经常组织课题组成员外出学习交流。
4.定期开展与课题有关的研讨活动。
5.建立网上专题论坛。
八、课题研究的预期成果
1.通过课题研究和长期实践，独生子女个案家庭中的问题学生有较明显进步，个案家长基本合格率达80%以上，问题学生转化率达90%以上。
2.探索总结出独生子女家庭家庭教育方法、策略和指导模式。
3.打造一支家庭教育指导教师队伍。
4.撰写结题报告；选送优秀个案跟踪指导报告、论文、访谈实录、心得体会、家教故事等。

（二）实施阶段（2007年5月—2008年10月）
1.对课题组成员进行教育科研专题培训。
2.邀请专家来校指导。
3.开展“西海讲堂——家庭教育”活动。
4.阶段性研究成果总结、交流。
5.进行阶段性效果检验。
6.组织优秀个案家庭的孩子、家长、指导教师经验交流会。
7.结题培训工作。
（三）总结阶段（2008年10月—2008年12月）
1.整理课题研究资料。
2.总结研究成果，撰写研究报告，推荐优秀论文参评和发表。
3.召开课题鉴定和评审会，汇报研究结果。
4.召开课题成果发布会，全面展示研究成果。
