输液完毕之后忘记拿掉止血带是好多同学都会犯的错。止血带长时间系在局部，会导致局部血流不畅，严重导致截肢。而且，一旦你忘记拿，再回头去取基本上都晚了。所以，每次我们输完液之后一定要检查止血带有没有拿掉，这是最关键的。
止血带的使用标准：
1）输液抽血时，在操作完毕就要立即解下；
2）当有药物需要进入深静脉使用止血带时，每30分钟放松15分钟并严格记录；
3）当四肢大出血使用止血带时，每30放松3分钟，放松时压迫止血。
最最主要的是，严格记录，告知病人和家属，让他们知道该用多久，防止你自己忘记！
2、换药
换药应该是护士出错频率最高的护理操作了吧。避免此项出错最根本的是“三查八对”。这是不管实习生还是老护士都容易犯的错儿。有的护士会说：“住了好几天院，彼此都熟悉了，每次换药都喊名字是不是太多余？”
小编告诉你：不管有多熟，都要坚持喊床号、姓名和药水名，熟悉的病人太多了，你怎么保证你不会记岔，不会走错病室，病人不出去溜达串门呢？
3、拔针封管
拔针时，也是很容易出错的，特别是留置针。输完液之后，好多护士忘记封管或者忘记拧上针帽，导致下次输液时针头堵塞或者污染。
针帽虽小，但一定要记住哦。
4、配药
配药方面，在剂量上和药物配伍上出错就是完全的责任。摆药、核对、配药、换药的环节负责到人，每个环节都需要签字确认，能很大程度上减少这些错误。
