2、挤奶：在堵奶的时候，女性可以用手挤奶。但是挤奶需要掌握正确的方法，就是将大拇指放在乳晕的上面，其它的几根手指放在乳晕的下面，然后慢慢的将大拇指，以及其它手指向胸部的方向挤压。女性要注意，手指不能朝乳头方向移动。
3、让宝宝用力吸：女性想要解决堵奶的问题，可以利用宝宝的吮吸。孩子吃奶的时候，吮吸的力量是很大的，比女性自己挤奶的效果要好很多。不过需要注意的是，必须要使用正确的喂奶姿势，才能起到效果。
