《劳动法》第39条规定：企业因生产特点不能实行本法第三十六条、第三十八条规定的，经劳动行政部门批准，可以实行其他工作和休息办法。
按劳动法的规定：你的公司可以实行周上班时间综合计算，也就是你说的一天上16个小时，一天休息，一周不超过44小时工作时间。但是前提是你所在的公司实行周上班时间综合计算必须先向当地劳动局提出申请，经过当地劳动局批准后方可实施这一规定，否则公司这一行为属于非法。
