准备食材：普通面粉、温水、酵母粉、小茴香、盐、五香粉、食用油。
具体做法：

2.接下来把锅烧热后转小火，往锅里加入一小把小茴香进去，用小火翻炒，慢慢地炒出这些小茴香的香味，最后把小茴香炒到微黄，炒出香味后，全部盛入碗里面，等小茴香不烫手的时候，倒在案板上面，然后用擀面杖把小茴香擀得碎一些，小茴香不用擀得太碎，擀成这个样子就可以，把擀好的小茴香放入碗里备用。
4.做油酥，往碗里加入两勺面粉，加入一勺盐，加一勺五香粉，然后泼入热好的油进去搅拌均匀，搅成稍微稀一些的状态，再往碗里加入炒好的小茴香进去，用勺子搅拌均匀，这个油酥就做好了，放一旁备用。
5.做这个油酥饼，用的是半发面，往大案板上面刷层油防粘，然后把面团倒在案板上面，再继续把面团揉均匀揉光滑，一直把面团揉光滑后，再把面团揉成一个粗细均匀的长条状，然后用手揪成一些大小相同的面剂子，再挨个把小剂子揉成细长条状，整齐地摆放在一旁，全部揉好后，用保鲜膜包住醒10分钟。
6.10分钟后，把面剂子拿出来，再用手把面剂子压扁一些，然后用擀面杖擀得稍微宽一些，尽量擀薄一些，再用手把两头稍微抻长一些，上面均匀地刷上刚才做好的油酥，然后从头卷到尾，这样做的油酥饼层次比较多。
7.卷好后立起来，用手压扁一些，再擀成圆饼状，这样一个一个饼胚就完成了。
8.接下来往电饼铛里刷一层油，油热后，挨个把饼胚放在电饼铛上面，在饼胚上面也刷层油，盖上盖子烙，烙的时候要勤翻面，每隔一分钟翻过来一次，一直把饼烙熟，烙至两面金黄的时候就可以了。
