论述两岸关系演变脉络及规律 汉字的演变脉络是？

两岸间非政府层面的互动交流，特别是经济层面，其实也是全球化制约下的产物，台湾处在资本主义世界体系靠近中国大陆的前沿地带，是中国大陆开放，进入全球化浪潮制约下的重要关键之一。但是通过全球化做为机制的经济互动，并不能化解由於全球化所牵动出来的文化和政治认同的复杂性和难度。而资讯主义发展的特点，就是不只要求经济上的去中心化，同时也要求文化和政治上的去中心化；两岸如果能够体认这个现实，多一点去中心化的体认，少一点本质主义的坚持，并且站在对等基础上，进行互为主体的沟通，也许两岸关系才能真正朝良性的方向发展；否则在各自极端的本质主义的坚持下，恐怕很难有乐观的发展。
八十年代以来的两岸关系的发展，一方面是资讯化和全球化制约下的结果，而另一方面也参予推动了资讯化和全球化的过程；两岸已经进入上述的资讯领域中，并且正在连结成一个网络；准此以观，从传统绝对主义的主权观向互赖主权的转折，也许是两岸无法回避的问题，如果这种转折完成，两岸才有可能进一步整合。
