谷建芬(1935～)女作曲家。原籍山东威海，生于日本。1950年参加旅大文工团，学习钢琴并担任伴奏。1951年考入东北鲁艺音乐系，毕业后在中央歌舞团任作曲。早期以创作舞蹈音乐为主，后转入轻歌曲创作，很多作品都广为流传，如歌曲《年轻的朋友来相会》、《兰花与蝴蝶》、《采蘑菇的小姑娘》、《思念》、《那就是我》等。她的舞蹈音乐《草原春雨》、《长白春来早》等也都别具一格。
