一、强化情感体悟，提升素质教育理念
(1)换位思考，角色体验。换位思考是客观事物对人的内心产生某种情感刺激而引起一定的内在心理共鸣。在小学思想品德课堂实践中，可以借教材特定事例，通过声情并茂的讲述，给学生身临其境的感觉，让学生自然套用角色饰演，使学生感觉自己就是“剧中人”，激发学生的自觉体验，增强学生的道德意识，加快学生自身的道德情感淳化。如，在讲授《同情帮助残疾人》一课时，可在课文基础上进行情节加工或艺术拓展，用较多口舌着重渲染文中残疾人受到众人嘲笑甚至是有意戏弄的场景，通过对残疾人面部痛苦神态的浓重描写，促使学生换位思考，深刻理解此时作为残疾人的内心感受，创设问题供学生思考，顺势荡开一笔，让学生回忆自己的缺陷暴露或因失败而遭遇嘲弄的往事，试将残疾人和自己当时的心境做对比，更加深了对残疾人内心屈辱感的认同，从而萌生对残疾人的同情心和帮扶情感，学生的思想道德水准在潜移默化中攀升。此外，在问题创设时，要注意紧贴课文思想内涵展开，不可偏离中心轨道，给学生造成一定误导，对学生的思想催发和道德引领应具有强烈的鲜明性和准确的指向性，如若你是那个残疾人，你面对此情此景，该如何应对呢，你会想些什么?借此触碰学生心中最柔软的那块首善之地，真正感受到残疾人在承受因肢体残缺而痛苦的同时，还要忍受来自社会人情的冷暖，学生有了这样的心理体验，自然就会主动去同情和帮助残疾人了。
(2)积极运用实景对比，提升体验的鲜明感。对比体验是将代表正能量的道德观念与具有负面影响的错误道德观念通过在某一场景下的比较，让学生利用自己内心的良善，进行去伪辨真，从而不断夯实正确道德观念，促进自身道德素质的提升。如，在《爱护花草树木》的教学中，教师在进行教学设计时，可借助现代教学设施为学生在屏幕上呈现不同的教学场景。可以是图片，也可以是视频。我在本课中，就大胆运用了幻灯片呈现实景的形式，一共两幅图画，第一幅图画展现的是两个小朋友种树忙的场景，一个小朋友手扶一棵小数，另一个小朋友用铁锹填土，旁边还放着一桶水;而第二幅图画表现的则是另外一种场景，其中也是两位小朋友，一个在攀爬一根纤细的小树，小树摇摇欲断，另一个小朋友用扯下的枝干做成帽子形状戴在头上，他俩玩的兴高采烈，而小树都快要折断了。通过这些特色鲜明的对比，学生们很容易作出道德情感的正确判断，对花草树木的保护意识增强了，这种特殊的情感体悟所带来的正面教学效应明显胜过教师苦口婆心的善意提醒。
二、创设和谐互融的治学氛围，促进学生身心健康发展
(1)创设充满感性的教学情境。小学生身心发展尚待完善，对新知识的学习主要依靠感性认知获取。小学生空间立体感较差，抽象思维能力欠佳，其感性认知往往依靠对客观事物的直观感应，所以课堂教学氛围烘托尤为重要。如，在讲授《事物都是发展变化的》一课时，我围绕世界万物都处于发展变化中这一主题，利用多媒体设备为学生放映本市的发展变迁史，通过往昔荒蛮景象与现在高楼林立繁华景象的对比，让学生深切感受到本市的快速发展，折射出祖国的日新月异，增强学生的民族自豪感。通过设置与教学内容贴切的教学情境，为学生构筑起感性认知的良好氛围，使学生触景生情，思绪飞扬，对家乡对祖国充满浓浓的爱意，奉献家乡、建设家乡的豪气不断高涨，思想道德素质不断提高。
(2)鼓励学生主动饰演多种角色。在小学思想品德教学中，丰富生动、跌宕起伏的故事情节填满了课堂，各种鲜活悦动的人物形象给学生们留下了深刻的印象。在新课程改革理念的启发下，任何教学资源都可成为教师创新教学的道具。为了增加教学的生动性和情趣性，教师可从人物角色饰演上大做文章，鼓励学生扮演各种角色，将故事情节以舞台剧的形式演绎出来。通过一幕幕有血有肉、生动鲜明的舞台剧，借助学生绘声绘色的角色扮演经历，加深了学生对课文情节的印象，理清了课文所要表达的思想内涵，社会角色意识明显增强，责任感不断得到强化。如，《集体的力量》一课，教师可选取其中的精彩片段，与学生发挥想象力对这部分内容进行一定艺术加工，设定几个人物形象让学生自由选择扮演。本课故事情节生动有趣，尤以蚂蚁王国得探子报告的消息后的一段情节描写更为传神，教师通过让学生角色扮演，亲身体验其中人物的内心情感变化，让学生细细体味集体的力量之大，提醒学生齐心协力发挥集体的力量，强调团队意识，使学生在不知不觉中接受了一次集体主义思想教育。素质教育被提及多年，但举步维艰，新课程改革的大力推行为素质教育的发展注入了新活力。在小学思想品德课中精心创设和谐愉悦的课堂氛围，激发学生的学习兴趣，调动学生的求知欲，对学生进行“润物细无声”的思想道德矫正，是新时期国家人才培养的战略需要。因此，在小学思想品德课中践行素质教育刻不容缓。
提高教学质量的方法颇多，我们要因材施教，实事求是地采取适合本校条件、情况的具体措施来完善常规教育教学。然而，提高自我，研究课标，活化教材，融洽师生关系，活跃教学气氛，优化课堂结构，狠抓落实，始终是行之有效的重要方法。只要付诸具体行动，持之以恒，我们的教学就一定会取得事半功倍的效果。
