一、了解学生明白学生的心理，接近他们，靠近他们，了解他们的知识水平，思维逻辑^，明白他们的兴趣等，你在备课时，才能更有针对性。就比如，用教小学生的那套去教初中生，就不一定奏效了。
因此要真正了解学生，理解学生，这样才能和学生形成良好的师生关系，学生喜欢你，愿意听，那么课就好上了。否则，你设计得再好的课，不断有人捣乱，有人打岔，你也没办法呈现好的效果。
二、了解教材教师要吃透教材，要细细品读文本，从字里行间去感受文字Q的魅力、作者的情感。读出作者呈现的东西还有文字背后的东西。不仅停留在表面，走到文章深处去。多学习，了解作者的生平事迹。
了解文章的背景等，才能更精准地解读文本。用自己的大脑去思考，而不是去网上搬别人的课件，抄别人的设计，可以多看课堂实录，多看教案，多听课，多学习。但是一定要有自己的思考，才能真正备好课。
三、了解自己明白自己的长处，并发挥它。了解自己的短处，去补足它。就如近几年出来的教师，青春、阳光、漂亮或帅气，和学生年纪差得不大，和学生有共同语言。而且接受了很好的教育，有才艺、基本功强等等。
这些都是你的优势，可以找机会去展示，让学生看到你的光芒，让他们真的爱你，喜欢你。同时也要看到自身的不足，经验少，积淀不够，那就要多看书，多学习，多听课，多参加线上线下教研，多向前辈请教。写详案，写教学反思等。
