\u4e00\u3001\u6559\u5e08\u96c6\u4f53\u5907\u8bfe\u7684\u5185\u6db5\u53ca\u8981\u6c42 \u5176\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u5145\u5206\u6316\u6398\u6559\u5e08\u4eec\u7684\u6559\u80b2\u6559\u5b66\u6f5c\u80fd\uff0c\u6709\u6548\u5730\u6574\u5408\u6559\u80b2\u6559\u5b66\u8d44\u6e90\uff0c\u4e3a\u63d0\u9ad8\u8bfe\u5802\u6559\u80b2\u6559\u5b66\u8d28\u91cf\u670d\u52a1\u3002 \u4e0d\u96be\u770b\u5230\uff0c\u6559\u5e08\u96c6\u4f53\u5907\u8bfe\u6d3b\u52a8\u5c55\u5f00\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u662f\uff1a \uff081\uff09\u5fc5\u987b\u6709\u4e24\u4e2a\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u6559\u5e08\u53c2\u4e0e\uff1b \uff084\uff09\u901a\u8fc7\u6d3b\u52a8\u51dd\u805a\u667a\u6167\u8d44\u6e90\u3002 \u4e8c\u3001\u96c6\u4f53\u5907\u8bfe\u7684\u610f\u4e49\u3002 3\u3001\u63d0\u9ad8\u6559\u5e08\u7684\u5907\u8bfe\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u5b9e\u73b0\u81ea\u8eab\u7684\u4e13\u4e1a\u6210\u957f\u3002\u96c6\u5907\u7684\u8fc7\u7a0b\u9664\u4e86\u8981\u7814\u7a76\u6559\u6750\u6559\u6cd5\uff0c\u8fc5\u901f\u7684\u7406\u89e3\u6559\u6750\uff0c\u638c\u63e1\u7b97\u6cd5\uff1b\u8fd8\u8981\u6559\u5e08\u4ea4\u6d41\u662f\u5982\u4f55\u6536\u96c6\u6750\u6599\u3001\u5982\u4f55\u94bb\u7814\u6559\u6750\u7684\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u5907\u8bfe\u80fd\u529b\uff1b\u66f4\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u662f\u6559\u5e08\u6559\u5b66\u7406\u5ff5\u7684\u4ea4\u950b\uff0c\u4f7f\u6559\u5e08\u5728\u4e89\u8bba\u3001\u4ea4\u6d41\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e0d\u65ad\u660e\u786e\u8ba4\u8bc6\uff0c\u4f7f\u81ea\u8eab\u4e13\u4e1a\u7d20\u8d28\u4e0d\u65ad\u6210\u957f\u3002 \u4e09\u3001\u5f53\u524d\u5b58\u5728\u7684\u95ee\u9898 \u76ee\u524d\u5404\u7ea7\u5404\u7c7b\u5b66\u6821\u90fd\u5145\u5206\u8ba4\u8bc6\u5230\u4e86\u96c6\u4f53\u5907\u8bfe\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u610f\u4e49\uff0c\u52a0\u5927\u4e86\u843d\u5b9e\u529b\u5ea6\uff0c\u91c7\u53d6\u4e86\u7cfb\u5217\u884c\u4e4b\u6709\u6548\u7684\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u79ef\u7d2f\u4e86\u4e00\u4e9b\u5207\u5b9e\u53ef\u884c\u7684\u7ecf\u9a8c\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e86\u5e7f\u5927\u6559\u5e08\u7684\u8ba4\u8bc6\u3002\u4f46\u540c\u65f6\u6211\u4eec\u4e5f\u5e94\u8be5\u6e05\u9192\u5730\u8ba4\u8bc6\u5230\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u8bb8\u591a\u5b66\u6821\u7684\u96c6\u4f53\u5907\u8bfe\u4e5f\u5b58\u5728\u7740\u5f88\u591a\u95ee\u9898\u3002 一、集体备课不能取代个体备课。
1、个体备课是集体备课的前提和基础。
每位教师在参加集体备课前，都要做好充分的准备：熟悉集体备课的内容、钻研教材、设计教学方案、做好发言准备等；备课中发现的问题、所做的思考以及心得体会也应记录下来，以便与同伴探讨。如果不在集体备课之前进行个体备课，集体备课的水平就无法提高。可以说，以“个体”促“集体”，能大大提高集体备课的质量和水平。
2、集体备课是对个体备课的提升和完善。
3、集体备课与个人备课和谐共生。
指向“和而不同”的集体备课要在充分酝酿、日趋完善的集体备课智慧的基础上，能动地发挥教师个体潜能，保证在多次修订集体教案中显现教师个人的教学魅力。这样教师把集体备课与个体备课有机的进行结合，根据自己的教情、学情，批判地吸纳集体生成的智慧，修正原先的教学思路，解决制约教学的诸多问题，设计并撰写自己的教学方案。
二、集体备课，合作是关键
新课程倡导自主、合作、探究的学习方式，当然也鼓励教师进行合作，而集体备课正是教师合作的一种很好的方式。
1、一个学科整体教学质量的提高，离不开学科组内教师的合作、智慧共享。
2、作为教师合作研讨的集体备课日渐成为学校教研活动的“重头戏”和“亮点”，但集体备课要走向高效，关键取决于小组成员是否拥有良好的合作意识、合作精神。
这就要求同科或相关学科的老师为实现共同的教学目标和完成共同的教学任务，通过相互讨论、集体研究、合作攻关、智慧碰撞等制订出统一的教学计划和方案。它以突破难点疑点为目标、以合作交流为手段，以共同成长为宗旨，让大家在自我反思的基础上诉说困惑、提出问题、展示案例、阐释设想，在各抒己见、共同分析讨论的基础上产生灵感、达成共识、升华认识、拓展思路。
三、集体备课要做到“形散神聚”
集体备课是一种常规的教研方式，它既要“定时间、定内容、定人员、定地点”，也要不受时空的限制：
1、不受时间的限制。集体备课重在利用集体的智慧来探讨问题、交流看法、形成意见，促进备课能力、水平的提高和质量的提升。而这种探讨可以充分利用每周固定的集体共有时间进行，也可以随时进行，这种交流的过程中，教师相互影响，潜移默化，所获定然不少。
2、不受地域的限制。只要有思想的存在，就会有讨论和碰撞。因此除了办公室、教室外、操场上等，教师还可利用一切可供沟通的场所完成每一次交流，
3、不受人数的限制。在探讨时，不一定非要小组的所有成员到齐才进行，三两个人照样可以进行研究。比如我们六年级数学备课组只要有一位教师有问题提出，两三个教师便在一起争论、探讨解决问题。
4、不受形式的限制。集体备课可以在年级、教研组、备课组进行，还可以跨越学科界限。在条件允许的情况下，适当组织跨年级的教师集体备课，这样更有利于知识的前后联系和学段教学的衔接。
