\u504f\u950b\uff0c\u53c8\u79f0\u4fa7\u950b\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u7528\u7b14\u65f6\u5c06\u7b14\u504f\u4e8e\u4e00\u4fa7\uff0c\u4e2d\u950b\u4e5f\u504f\u5230\u7b14\u753b\u7684\u4e00\u8fb9\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5199\u51fa\u7684\u70b9\u753b\u4e00\u8fb9\u5149\u4e00\u8fb9\u6bdb\uff0c\u4e00\u8fb9\u6d53\u4e00\u8fb9\u67af\uff0c\u5e38\u5448\u952f\u9f7f\u5f62\u3002

要想学好书法，每个人都必须掌握用笔的方法。用笔，也称运笔或笔法。楷书四大家赵孟頫说过:书法以用笔为上，书法的点画形体都是直接由用笔而产生的，学会了用笔，也就等于掌握了书法的关键。
起笔、行笔、收笔是指书写一种点画笔锋运动的全过程。写任何一个点画都要经过起笔、行笔、收笔三个阶段。起笔要“逆入”，即逆锋起笔，欲右先左、欲下先上。即使在写露锋起笔的点画，也要凌空取逆势落笔。
像跳远欲进先退、像拳击欲伸先缩。行笔要“涩行”，即指书写者人为地制造一种阻碍笔锋运行的力量，同时又要克服这种力量而前行。如果锋浮纸面、信笔而过，则墨不入纸，点画学习书法，除了掌握正确的拿笔姿势、坐姿、运腕的基本功，还远远无力。收笔要“紧收”，即回锋收笔，也就是指有往必收的收笔方法。
古人说“一笔之法、妙在起止。起止得宜、则画无不美”
提笔写出来的点画线条比较细匀。按笔写出来的点画线条比较粗浓。用笔提中有按、按中有提，才提便按、才按便提。这种笔法的变化是迅速连贯、交替进行的，动作很微妙。运用好提按笔法，写出来的点画轻重分明、活跃生神、节奏感强、富有神感
转笔指在起笔、行笔或收笔的转折处，笔不停驻、用力均匀、顺势转锋。写出没有方折棱角，圆而有力的点画。折笔指在起笔、行笔或收笔转折处，要顿笔折锋，写出方整刚劲、有棱角的点画。转移成圆、折以成方。
