根据小弟考了2次才过四级的经验来看，第一，字数看上去好像不符合要求（120字？），第二，第一段里面的“Now many college students spend more and more ”语法好像有点问题吧，花销在这里应该是名词，而你的是动词。第二段有几个词用的不错，不过感觉太过简洁了。第三段也不错，如果第二段更详细一点就好了。
