My classmates usually do morning exercise and eye exercise every day. Sometimes they play basketball or football after class. I am interested in sports. I like playing basketball and football. I also like watching basketball games,especially NBA. Doing sports can help us keep healthy. I am going to do much more sports in the future.
Due to those students always feel swirl,insomnia, bad appetite and so on. I want to give those student some useful advice. First I think that those students should make a better plan before the exams,this will help them know what is the prior subjects they need to review. Moreover, I think they should have enough time to relax. Although exams are very important, they must take care of their body. At last but not least, why not take a shower or drink a bottel of milk?
