“激将法”虽然有时会取得难以料想的效果，但是决不能滥用。一但用错，不但不能治病救人，反而会让人觉得是落井下石。效果会适得其反。“激将法”只能用在你最了解的人身上，而且还要反复推敲方法，不能鲁莽行事。
“知耻而后勇”是一种自觉的行为，“激将法”却是一种来自他人的 *** 。但愿在我们成长的过程中，遇到困难和落后的时候，要“知耻而后勇”，最好不让别人用“激将法”。
