一,大众数学应更普遍地,更具体地贯彻实施.
人人学有价值的数学,人人都获得必需的数学,不同的人在数学上得到不同的发展.这一理念在义务教育阶段就已提出,在高中职业教育阶段更应作为一个最基本的教育理念.由于个体发展的差异性,学生在学习数学的能力和数学上的发展也是具有差异性.这一基本理念切实地体现了新课程以人为本,以学生为主体的基本观点.
经过初中三年的数学学习,学生的数学能力已在初步进行分化,进入职校的学生中,大部分是中考分流而来,数学基础虽参差不齐,但总体较差,学习数学的习惯,信心,能力等都不大相同.因此,对于不同的学生要区别对待要求,只要他能在原来的基础上有所发展即可.新课程必修课的内容提出:满足未来公民的基本数学需求,为学生进一步的学习提供必要的数学准备.这一点对职业高中的课程的设置更具有指导意义.
数学在各行各业中的作用已经极大地说明了数学是一个人素质不可缺少的一部分,特别是随着计算机的普及,更是把数学与社会生活紧密地联系在一起.因此数学已经成为了个人生活的一部分.
新课程改革,要求我们的数学教学要实现人人学有用的数学,人人掌握必需的数学,让不同的人学习不同的数学,在学习过程中得到不同的发展,这就是所谓的大众数学观.这就要求我们在数学教学的过程中要:
(1)重应用与实践,实现人人学有用的数学.我们平时教学中不要局限于书上的知识.在日常生活中多搜集数学运用的事例,来培养学生对数学运用的理解和体会,让学生实践数学的广泛运用.学到从生活中来的数学,从而又将学到的数学知识运用到生活中去.
(2)重过程与方法,让人人掌握必需的数学.在新课程改革过程中,一改过去只求结果不问过程的做法,加强了对学生解题过程和解题方法的检查.教师在学生合作探究的过程中,不是直接将答案告诉学生,而是通过学生的全身心参与,亲身实践,亲身体验,让学生在探索的过程中得到全面的发展.例如在我们的生活中,要在一边靠墙的空地上围一块菜地,篱笆的长度一定,怎样围才使菜地的面积最大 这样必需的数学知识,要让学生人人掌握.因此在教学过程中,教师要让学生自己通过动手,来弄明白这个问题.通过学生的自主探究过程中,让学生明白解题的方法,达到人人能掌握必需的数学.
(3)重个性与发展,让不同的人学习不同的数学,在学习过程中得到不同的发展.新课程要求我们,要让学生在学习中畅所欲言,不压抑学生的个性,注重了学生个性的张扬,使学生的个性得到充分,全面的发展.在教学过程中,由于每个学生的兴趣,爱好等不同,对数学的感受也有所不同.不同的人在情感,价值观等方面也有其不同的取向.我们教师应尊重学生对数学的不同感受,在解题过程中,也要注意尊重学生对不同解法的运用.基础好的,可以提出更积极的要求,让他们进行更深层次的学习与探究,其础差的,只要让他们理解最基本的解题方法就达到目的了.
二,教学过程中要让学生感受到数学的趣味性
爱因斯坦说过兴趣是最好的老师,所以,最重要的是激发学生学习的兴趣.那么,首先就要改变他们数学是枯燥无味这一观念,让他们体会到数学的趣味和数学的美.遗撼的是,因为我们教师在教学的过程中就没有意识到数学的美,而且数学的内容抽掉了数学发展过程中人文的,历史的事实,以枯燥的计算和过难的推理来代替数学的教学,这已经不再是数学本来的面目了,怎么能让学生感受到数学是有趣的呢
1. 创设学生们熟悉的情景,实现知识的同化和顺应.
建构主义的观点认为每个人学习知识都是以他自己的方式把新知识纳入到原有的知识结构中去,教师在一定程度上是可以改变学习的条件的,尤其是外部条件.教学是由教师安排和控制这些外部条件构成的.困难的是哪些情境是学生们熟悉的,容易接受的,大部分教师已经把数学变成了纯而又纯的数学,要创设学生们熟悉的情景,就要经常和学生沟通,了解学生的思想和生活状况,同时注意从身边的现象中提炼出数学问题,从报刊和其它媒体中获取生产生活的信息来提炼出数学问题,从其它学科中寻找与数学知识相关的问题.这样的实际数学情景,不仅包含了丰富的数学思想,体现了数学的本质,反映了数学的特点,而且因为学生们熟悉,容易产生好奇心,就容易吸引学生注意力,使学生积极主动思维.在此过程中要特别注意激发学生的认知冲突,加深学生的理解.
2. 体现数学的文化性,加强数学史的教学.
新课程的文化目的:传递人类文化的主要因素.数学这一门学科,是在人类文明发展过程中由于需要而发展起来的,它的发展,依赖于数学体系自身的发展和现实生活的客观需要.在数学的发展过程中,发生了多少曲折离奇,可歌可泣的故事,让人深思和回味,给人启迪和教诲.我们的数学教学已经完全忽略了数学被发现,被创造的过程,只是一些结论和事实的堆砌,学生在学习过程看到的永远是那么完美,精确的,静止的数学,而把数学当中历史的,人文的东西,也可以说是最重要的东西省略了.这更让数学披上了一层冷泠的外衣,学生们对它的敬而远之,也是可以理解的.因此,把数学知识建立过程中的有趣的史实,故事渗透在教学过程中,有助于学生领会到数学的美,数学思想的深遂,从而激发他们学习数学的信心和兴趣.
3. 实践数学.
实践是检验真理的唯一标准.新课程倡导积极主动,勇于探索的学习方式,认为学生的数学学习活动不应只限于接受,记忆,模仿和练习,还应倡导自主探索,动手实践,合作交流等自学方式.现代学习方式的基本特征之一是体验性,强调身体性参与和重视直接经验.对于职业学校的学生来说,数学基础不好的原因之一就是抽象逻辑思维发展不完备,因而在学习过程中要充分地开发动作导向型的教学,让他们的动作表征和映像表征充分发挥作用,为形成最高级的符号表征服务.在这个过程当中,学生们体会到了数学是怎样被发现,被创造的,体会到创造过程中的尝试,失败,再失败,成功,体会到成功的兴奋和喜悦,人人用自己的方式实践着对数学的理解,这样的数学,不仅会引起他们的兴趣,而且对形成他们良好的世界观和坚强的意志品质有很大帮助.因此在职业高中阶段用做数学来学习数学应成为一种很重要的形式.
三,应用性是职业高中数学的灵魂.
数学是一门工具性学科.它在任何一门学科当中都起着重要的作用.以至曾有人说,如果一门学科还没有发展到可以用数学来表述它,那么这门学科的发展就仍不完善.发展学生用数学来解决问题的能力,可以说是每个国家课程改革的核心和最终目标.对职业高中的数学教学来讲,由于职业教育的特殊性,更应该加强数学应用性的教学.因此,职高数学课程改革应注意:由于进入职校的学生中,一部分直接走上工作岗位,将面临不同行业的不同要求:有的行业与数学联系紧密,如IT行业,电子电工类行业;而有的行业,需要用数学的机会就不是太多,如旅游业和商业.而且不同的行业对数学知识要求的侧重点也不尽相同,如计算机行业对算法的要求就会高一些,而商业方面主要侧重点是利润和最优化方面.另一部分人进入大学进行深造的学生,由于选择的专业不同,也将面临着数学方面的不同要求.但他们都需要在职高阶段为他们的这种不同打下一个适应他们未来的基础.所以,首先应对各个专业目前所需用到的数学知识和要在这个专业上进一步发展所需的数学知识作一个详细的调查,确定在职业高中阶段有哪些是必须传授的,哪些是可以传授的.例如:在商业中用到了四则运算,线性规划,估算,最优化问题,微积分初步(求导),概率与统计(估计)等数学知识.随着社会的发展,专业的不断发展完善,出现的新的涉及数学方面的内容也应及时地进入教学内容.如:现在商场上实行换季打折,有的商家就标高产品的价格再来打折,它的实际折扣是多少 利润率如何计算 如何结合这些商业行为来分析成本,标价,售价之间的关系,让学生弄清怎样来计算盈亏率,折扣率.又如,社会上各种贷款方式与还款方式的组合及选择,学生们能对它们作出理性的认识和鉴别吗 这是一些现实生活中和每个人都息息相关的事情.还有一些是关系到具体的专业的,如计算机专业的学生在学习等差数列时,不妨引导他们从算法的最优化说起,如果每个专业的学生在学习数学的同时也了解了本专业的具体内容,不仅增强了他们对学习数学的兴趣,同时,也让他们对今后要从事的职业有所认识,达到了一举两得的目的.
总之,新课程的实施给我们全体教师提出了全新的问题,同时,也给我们指出了努力的方向,也是全新的挑战.因此,对职业高中数学课程的改革与课堂教学的研究,只有在实践中不断探索,不断 尝试,才能取得好的效果.
