原理简述:

  1. 设稳压电路输出直流12V,选用稳压二极管稳压值为12V。电路图如下图所示:

  2. 当直流电源输出电压高于12V时→二极管反向击穿→输出电压下降;低于12V时→稳压二极管截止→输出电压升高;如此循环反复,从而保证输出直流电压稳定在12V左右。

  3. 稳压二极管稳压范围和功率以及电流小,不能调节输出电压值。一般用作固定稳压值电路使用,如需要求比较高的稳压电路,可选用三端稳压集成电路。



假设稳压二极管稳压值为12V!当电源电压高于12V时二极管反向击穿(相当于短路)电压下降。击穿后电压下降,低于12V恢复正常!所以稳压二极管稳压范围不是太大,功率也不高,一般最大只有1W!功率要求过大最好选用三端稳压!
