Under the conditions of harmonic voltage and current stable (smooth harmonic) on the point of common coupling, the measurement parameters of harmonic current and voltage on the point of common coupling as the observation data, as the regression equations which be deduced by the system and user equivalent circuit to approach the harmonic impedance of system lateral.
