只要能让学生的思维总处于活跃状态，积极地探索知识并试图将刚刚获得的知识转化为能力，这就是一节高效的课，成功的课。调动学生思维的几点做法： 1、提出明确的学习目标
使学生知道学习的目标，是引起学生学习动机和调节学生学习行为的一种好方法。创设“自觉学”、“自己学”的氛围，充分调动起学生自主参与课堂的积极性，是打造高效课堂的基础。 2、创设激趣的问题情境 苏霍姆林斯基说过：“如果学生没有学习的愿望，我们所有的计划，所有的探索和理论统统都会落空。”而思维永远是由问题开始的，设计适当的问题激发学生的探索欲望，牵引学生的思维处于活跃状态。要提高提问的有效性，有效提问是课堂对话的开端，能引起学生的思维、兴趣的激发。问题的有效性表现在一要具有一定的开放度，二要具有一定的深刻性，三要注意对象的层次性，以达到让不同的学生都拥有思考的兴趣，思维的空间。 3、创造合作进取的学习氛围
学生是学习的主体，课堂教学是否高效自然也主要看学生学习的效果。在和谐的气氛中，在充满自信的时候，学生的学习效果最好，效率最高，课堂的高效也就水到渠成了。为此，在学生独立学习的基础上，积极开展小组合作学习，从课前预习开始，到课内探究和课后帮教，充分发挥小组成员的积极性，对学习中的薄弱环节进行监控、反思、调节、补救，增强学生的学习效能感。小组的组建，要关注学习差异，也关注个性特质，让课堂充满团队合作氛围。同时通过小组合作评价制度调动学生的参与，我们适当的激励，正是为实现全体学生高效学习，实现课堂更大面积高效作准备。 4、进行科学的学法指导 俗话说：“予人以鱼，惠其一时，授之以渔，惠其一世”。在传授知识的同时，还应注重学习方法的指导，帮助学生掌握科学的认知方法。善于为学生创设提问的问题情境，鼓励学生敢于提出疑问，引导学生产生疑问，进而发现问题，的要给学生质疑时间和空间，使学生可以随时质疑，会质疑本身就是思维的发展、能力的提高。通过质疑使学生获得有益的思维训练，变“学会”为“会学”，会“发现问题－分析问题－解决问题－再发现问题”养成勤于思考的习惯，科学的学习方法为创造高效课堂提供了重要保障。
二、优化课堂的微观结构，是构建构建高效课堂的根本保障
1.课前预习要做好。课前预习是学生汲取知识的发端，是教学中的一个关键环节，基础环节，也是课堂教学的有机组成部分。时间紧，任务重。没有课前充分的预习，就不可能跟上课堂的快节奏，也就无法更好地掌握本节课的知识；在讲授新课前引导学生做好预习，并且明确任务，这样促进学生进行理解和思考。授课前，先了解部分学生的预习情况，尤其是他们不
懂的问题，上课时引导学生一起重点解决这些问题。这样会大大提高课堂教学效率。
2.内容找准切入点。语文教学涉及字音、字形、篇章结构等，内容庞杂，在时间有限的情形下，不可以也没必要面面俱到。因此语文教学要重点突出，抓住这一点牵动一隅而提挈全篇，这样才能有效的提高课堂教学效率，收到事半功倍的效果。
3.培养能力是重点。无论是新授课还是复习课，都要堂堂有训练，训练的题目不在多而在精，要做到这一点，必须改变以教师讲析为主的教学模式，而代之以能力训练为中心和教师指导下以学生自主学习为主的教学模式。为了使训练更有成效，教师必须善于设计，精讲巧问，即使是一般的课堂提问和练习也要着眼于能力训练。
4.功夫用在备课上。备好课是搞好教学的基础和根本，教师只有深入钻研教材，精心设计课堂教学，才能取得良好的教学效率。我认为备课时至少要做到三点：
（1）备大纲：全面贯彻大纲要求，结合具体教学实际把其转化为具体的教学行为，同时还要灵活使用大纲，一切有利于教育学生的教学行为都可算做正常的教学行为。
（2）备教材：教师吃透教材，掌握课文重点，弄清自己该教什么并且设计到教学过程中去。 （3）备学生：了解学生的知识体系，知道学生该学什么，始终从学生实际出发，尊重学生的个性差异，顾及他们的阅读心理和学习水平，激发兴趣点设计适合可行的方案。 三、高效课堂还应致力于培养学生的学科素养和思维方式
高效课堂的核心理念是促进学生更好更快的发展。在课堂教学中的更好更快发展，首先是健康发展。教学效率的提升不能以牺牲学生的身心健康为代价。其次是主体发展、全面发展和优质发展。高效课堂就是要培养学生的学科素养和思维方式。学科素养的核心是学科的基本概念、基本结构以及思想方法。如果仅仅停留在知识的单向灌输和机械训练上，教授的仅仅是“学科”知识，而不去关注学科内在的逻辑联系，不去引领学生发现学科知识背后的基本概念、基本方法，那么，这样的学习显然是低效甚至无效的。陶行知先生指出：“我以为好的先生不是教书，不是教学生，乃是教学生学。”高效课堂的构建，应该回归“教学生学”的本质，引导学生解决“学什
