我之前遇到类似这样的现象，是因为把官服和私服的文件混杂在一起了，但是有没有私服有没有完整覆盖和更新，所以会出现类似情况。是因为ELE文件夹里官服的服务器地址已更改，所以连接不到正确的服务器，导致出现这样的情况，不知楼主是否符合这样的情况，这样是多半是服务器的问。
还有一种情况是。游戏所在文件夹内存不足，导致安装游戏不完整，也会出现这样的现象的。

用别人的电脑先试试
