Some like to meet more people, make more money and new acquaintances; so they hop from job to job. As far as I am concerned, I want to be professionally strong. I am not in favor of constanr job hopping, as the saying goes "Jack of all trades, master of none". But I want to have opportunities for advancement and as many colleagues as possible to cooperate and communicate with so as to be more creativc and less partial.

"You resigned again? What's your new job? ..." Job-hopping has become a hottopic among people, especially the young, and heated debates focus on it, as a result.
Many people are inclined to do one job in their lives. In their opinions, people who change their job frequently are supedicial and tactless. They believe that the only way'to success is to stick to one job, for constant practice in a professional field helps make an expert.
But there are still many people who will not agree. They argue that change means progress. If you're not satisfied with your present job, of course you have the right to replace it with a more challenging and better paid one. Every change is a step to further success. This idea may be the reason why they change their jobs so often.
For my part, I think it reasonable to change your job if you have a better opportunity. But once you have found a position where you can fully display your ability, you'd better settle down and put your whole heart into it. Only in this way, can you get the true joy of achieving your goals.

有些人喜欢始终从事一种工作，因为他们认为在一个领城工作的时间越长，业务就越熟练。有的人一生当老师；有的人把毕生的精力用于科学研究。这样的人热爱工作，成为各行各业的专家，他们是成就出众的人。
有的人则不同，他们惯于跳槽，总是追求新鲜的、刺激性的事。他们似乎从不安于现状。有的人喜欢多挣钱、广结交，于是不断地跳槽。
对我来说，我想业务棒，我不主张跳槽。正如俗话说：“万能博士万事通，其实一样也不精”。但我希望有机会提升，尽可能多地与同事合作、交流，以便有更多创造性，更少片面性。

How to balance the pros and cons of job-hopping? It should be taken into account roundly.
People who change jobs frequently believe it will bring more space for development. They may find a better environment, salary or welfare. They also could know more friends and learn new techniques which may good for individual ability. They hold the idea that they would find a best job for themselves at last in constantly switching.
Otherwise, some people think that too frequent switching will not help the development of the individual. In the first place, they may need more time to adapt new environment. In the second place, they couldn’t learn the technique expertly because of frequent switching. In addition, managers may not enjoy employees who can’t work for them steadfastly. So people should take pains to resolve their unsatisfactory affairs by hard work but not job-hopping.
In my opinion, no one can find a company which satisfies individual condition completely. People should change themselves for the company but not just choose the company which adapts them. One should cherish the opportunity if he finds a job comparatively appropriate for him. People should be flexible and hold opportunity decidedly, but they must have deep consideration before.
