一是，吃药卡住一般不会有什么问题，药片湿润后逐渐的就被消化吸收了，被卡一般也就是食道入口处的狭窄，药片吸收后一般也就没东西了，还有点疼应该是没什么问题，可能是个划伤，多喝水吧，别用什么药了，一般两三天就好了。这种卡住没什么大不了而且经常出现的卡住都是这样。
二是，应该是卡在食管狭酨部位，或是遗留在咽部隐窝里了。建议你去医院口腔科或是其它科室看看，最好是可以用喉镜看看里面的情况。这种就比较少见了，但是这种挺危险的。
