锻炼的好处:
体育锻炼有利于人体骨骼、肌肉的生长,增强心肺功能,改善血液循环系统、呼吸系统和消化系统的机能状况,有利于人体的生长发育,提高抗病免疫能力,增强有机体的适应能力。
减低儿童在成年后患上心脏病、高血压、糖尿病等疾病的概率。
训练方法:

力量训练可使人的骨骼坚硬、肌肉强壮、加快新陈代谢。强壮的肌肉还有助于消耗更多的热量,这对减肥也是非常有益的,实际上这种运动不但会降低冠心病、高血压等心血管疾病的发病率,而且还对糖尿病、结肠癌等其他一些疾病起到很好的预防作用。
