50g plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
2 eggs
250g caster sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
115g plain chocolate,chopped
Step:
Pre-heat the oven to 180\u00b0C(350\u00b0F).Line two baking sheets with parchment.
Melt the dark chocolate and butter.Allow to cool slightly.Sift the flour,baking powder and salt together.In another bowl,beat the eggs,sugar and vanilla essence until thick and pale.Stir the melted chocolate into the eggs and sugar,followed by the flour and plain chocolate chunks.
Drop tablespoons of the mixture onto the baking shieets and bake for 8-10 minutes.Slide the parchment onto wire racks.
When completely cool,store in an airtight container for two to three days.
