谈谈小学语文教学中值得注重的几个问题 如何提高小学语文教学中问题设计的有效性
\u6d45\u8c08\u5c0f\u5b66\u8bed\u6587\u4f5c\u6587\u6559\u5b66\u4e2d\u5e94\u8be5\u6ce8\u610f\u7684\u51e0\u4e2a\u95ee\u9898\u5199\u4f5c\u6559\u5b66\u662f\u5c0f\u5b66\u8bed\u6587\u6559\u5b66\u4e2d\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u7ec4\u6210\u90e8\u5206,\u5b66\u751f\u7684\u5199\u4f5c\u6c34\u5e73\u4e5f\u5f80\u5f80\u88ab\u5f53\u4f5c\u8861\u91cf\u5176\u8bed\u6587\u6c34\u5e73\u9ad8\u4f4e\u7684\u6807\u51c6\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u4ee5\u4e09\u5230\u516d\u5e74\u7ea7\u5b66\u751f\u4e3a\u6559\u5b66\u5bf9\u8c61\u7684\u5c0f\u5b66\u8bed\u6587\u4e60\u4f5c\u6559\u5b66\u662f\u6574\u4e2a\u5199\u4f5c\u6559\u5b66\u7684\u5173\u952e\u9636\u6bb5,\u662f\u4ece\u5199\u8bdd\u5230\u5199\u4f5c\u7684\u8fc7\u6e21\u9636\u6bb5\u3002\u81ea\u4ece\u65b0\u8bfe\u7a0b\u6539\u9769\u5b9e\u65bd\u4ee5\u6765,\u6211\u56fd\u5c0f\u5b66\u8bed\u6587\u4e60\u4f5c\u6559\u5b66\u4ece\u7406\u8bba\u5230\u5b9e\u8df5\u90fd\u6709\u7740\u4e0d\u540c\u7a0b\u5ea6\u7684\u8fdb\u6b65\u3002\u8fd9\u662f\u8bb8\u591a\u4e13\u5bb6\u5b66\u8005\u548c\u4e00\u7ebf\u6559\u5e08\u643a\u624b\u5408\u4f5c,\u5171\u540c\u52aa\u529b\u7684\u7ed3\u679c\u3002\u4f46\u662f,\u901a\u8fc7\u8c03\u67e5\u4e5f\u53d1\u73b0\u5728\u5c0f\u5b66\u8bed\u6587\u4e60\u4f5c\u6559\u5b66\u4e2d\u4ecd\u7136\u5b58\u5728\u5f88\u591a\u95ee\u9898,\u8fd9\u5176\u4e2d\u6709\u7684\u662f\u9648\u5e74\u75fc\u75be,\u6709\u7684\u5374\u662f\u65b0\u73af\u5883\u4e0b\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u65b0\u95ee\u9898\u3002 \u672c\u6587\u4e3b\u8981\u4ece\u5c0f\u5b66\u8bed\u6587\u4e60\u4f5c\u6559\u5b66\u7684\u5185\u6db5\u3001\u76ee\u6807\u548c\u57fa\u672c\u8981\u6c42\u5165\u624b,\u7ed3\u5408\u56fd\u5185\u5916\u4e60\u4f5c\u6559\u5b66\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u73b0\u72b6,\u901a\u8fc7\u5206\u6790\u5b9e\u9645\u6559\u5b66\u4e2d\u5b58\u5728\u7684\u95ee\u9898,\u63a2\u5bfb\u95ee\u9898\u80cc\u540e\u7684\u539f\u56e0,\u5e76\u63d0\u51fa\u76f8\u5e94\u7684\u89e3\u51b3\u7b56\u7565\u3002 \u8bba\u6587\u5171\u5206\u4e3a\u516d\u4e2a\u90e8\u5206: \u5f15\u8a00\u90e8\u5206\u4e3b\u8981\u5206\u6790\u4e86\u95ee\u9898\u63d0\u51fa\u7684\u80cc\u666f,\u4ee5\u53ca\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u610f\u4e49\u4e0e\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002 \u7b2c\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u5bf9\u5c0f\u5b66\u8bed\u6587\u4e60\u4f5c\u6559\u5b66\u8fdb\u884c\u6982\u8ff0\u3002\u4e3b\u8981\u8bf4\u660e\u5c0f\u5b66\u8bed\u6587\u4e60\u4f5c\u6559\u5b66\u7684\u5185\u6db5\u3001\u76ee\u6807\u548c\u8981\u6c42\u3002 \u7b2c\u4e8c\u90e8\u5206\u4e3b\u8981\u5206\u6790\u4e86\u56fd\u5185\u5916\u4f5c\u6587\u6559\u5b66\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u73b0\u72b6\u3002\u6982\u62ec\u51fa\u56fd\u5916\u5c0f\u5b66\u8bed\u6587\u4e60\u4f5c\u6559\u5b66\u7406\u5ff5,\u5e76\u4ece\u6559\u5b66\u7406\u5ff5\u3001\u6559\u5b66\u5b9e\u8df5\u53ca\u6559\u5b66\u7406\u8bba\u4e09\u4e2a\u65b9\u9762\u5206\u6790\u56fd\u5185\u5c0f\u5b66\u8bed\u6587\u4e60\u4f5c\u6559\u5b66\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u72b6\u51b5\u3002

语文课堂教学中也出现了一些值得思考的问题。一、强调学生自主学习，忽视教师的主导作用
在语文教学过程中，通过师生之间的合作与协商、沟通与交流，达到师生在人格上和地位上的平等，这是实现教育目标的客观要求。但是，教师作为施教的主体，他们受国家和社会的委托完成教育内容，逐步实现儿童由自然人向社会人的转化。对于儿童来说，他们特别需要教师的指导、引导和点拨，这就必须要求教学是在教师主导下实现学生主动学习的过程。忽视教师的主导地位和作用，就是从根本上否定了整个教学。
学生的主体地位恰恰是在教师的主导作用下确立的：教学中学生的自主学习，是以教师发挥主导作用为前提和条件的。就是要让学生感受到一诺千金、矢志不渝的诚信。这是文本的价值问题，需要教师发挥主导作用，引导、点拨学生。
二、一味求新，排斥有效的传统教学思想方法
新课改重视学生综合素养的培养和提高，提出三维目标的统一。但有些教师却将传统的、好的一些教学理念、教学方法放在一边，甚至不顾教学重难点，而去搞一些无所谓的讨论和扩展。如有些低年级的教师整堂课围绕一首儿歌教得津津有味，学生学得兴高采烈。课后老师却说这堂课的重难点是识字、写字，这难道不是忽视了识字写字教学了吗？优秀的语文教育传统是新课程改革的重要资源，应该借鉴学习，加以利用。
三、强调学生积极发言，忽视学生学会倾听发言
新课堂理念倡导学生主动参与课堂学习活动，鼓励学生积极发表自己的观点。这一要求得到了广大教师的响应：课堂上，教师为学生创设轻松愉悦的学习环境，为学生提供展示个性、表现才华的空间；学生情绪高昂，争相举手发言。但在“热闹”的同时，学生“一言堂”的“独我”意识的潜流也在悄悄流淌――部分优秀学生是课堂中的主角，往往教师一抛出问题，他们未经深思熟虑，就喊：“我来！我来！”大部分学生只好充当旁听者，等待着优秀学生的“施舍”。当一个学生争得发言机会后，其他学生有的像泄了气的皮球，无精打采地坐在座位上。如果教育只顾创造课堂“热闹”的情景，而忽视对“热闹”背后的学生“独我”意识潜流的疏导，没有组织学生倾听别人的发言，那么新课程倡导的师生互动、生生互动的学习方式就无法落实，学生以自我为中心的不良行为就难以矫正。高效的课堂教学，教师不仅要鼓励学生积极发言、吐露真情，而且要教学生学会倾听，学会尊重别人，学会吸纳别人的观点。
四、把“问题都解决”的课看成一堂满意的课
优化语文课堂教学，给人的第一印象就是“活”。“活”的语文课，就像一篇跃动的散文、一件流光溢彩的艺术品。语文课堂的“活”，需要教师灵活地引导、盘活学生思维、活跃课堂气氛。但在课堂上如果学生没有问题意识，就不会去独立思考，更谈不上创新。课堂上的阅读也成为一种被动的阅读，学生并没有真正对课文用心去感悟，他们所“读懂”的也只不过是根据以前的思维定式而得到的“微言大义”，至于课文与现实生活的联系是无从知道的。因此，课上学生自能“读懂”，等课结束了学生也便没有问题了。其实这种没有问题实则是最大的问题，是语文课堂教学的一大误区，是学生缺乏独立思考的一种表现。
语文教学怎样走出没有问题的误区呢？这要转变观念，放手让学生去思考问题，给学生以自由思考的机会。学生一旦提出问题，就应该鼓励，并顺着这一问题去引导学生。
五、学生作文――套用模式，写非所想
在现行的作文教学中，由于受考试指挥棒的影响，抹杀学生真实感受的现象仍然严重。小学虽无升学压力，但对教师的评估主要还是要通过考试。老师便把一些作文的程式、作文范例塞给学生去套、去抄，代替学生自己的真实感受。这确实是语文教学长期未能逾越的一大误区。
要走出这一误区，首先教师要做“有心人”。深入学生当中，了解学生的所见所闻、所思所想，让学生充分认识现实生活、体验生活，一旦发现可写的内容就及时提醒学生记下来，帮助他们从平凡的生活中捕捉写作素材。其次帮助学生“厚积”。通过写日记、随想等方式，把觉得有意思的事情记下来，让学生养成及时梳理材料的习惯，以便习作时“薄发”。第三，教会学生观察，提高学生对生活的洞察能力。教师应指导学生有顺序、有重点地仔细地观察，一边观察一边联想，促使学生养成观察习惯，做生活的有心人。
