\u8fd9\u4e9b\u90fd\u662f\u5728\u7f51\u4e0a\u641c\u7684\uff0c\u5e0c\u671b\u5bf9\u4f60\u6709\u5e2e\u52a9\uff01
\u5176\u5b9e\u6211\u8ba4\u4e3a\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e00\u4e2a\u6570\u5b66\u8001\u5e08\uff0c\u4f60\u80af\u5b9a\u8981\u719f\u6089\u4e00\u5230\u516d\u5e74\u7ea7\u7684\u6559\u79d1\u4e66\u3002\u81ea\u5df1\u4f1a\u4e86\u624d\u597d\u8ddf\u5b66\u751f\u8bb2\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u5c0f\u5b66\u8001\u5e08\uff0c\u8981\u6709\u8010\u5fc3\uff0c\u7231\u5fc3\uff0c\u8fd8\u8981\u7ec6\u5fc3\uff0c\u628a\u5b66\u751f\u5f53\u4f5c\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u5b69\u5b50\u4e00\u6837\u3002
①丰富知识水平。数学是一门逻辑思维要求很严格的课程，必须要有过硬的基底，也就是知识水平，才能完成最基本的教学任务；
②超强的应变能力。数学是一门千变万化的课程，一道题可能有几种甚至十几种解决方法；同样，一条公式可应用在很多道题目上；还有一道题看上去可以去这个公式，结果做下去却发现根本行不通，等等。所以，考验一个老师应变能力的时候就到了，因此你必须时刻提高精神集中度，以避免被学生问的瞠目结舌。当然，这也是一个过程，有经验了，就简单了！
③富有感染力的语言能力和教学方式。对于大部分学生来说，数学课，都是极其枯燥乏味的。那么如何才能让学生进入到数学殿堂，这就和老师的语言感染力和教学方式有很大关系了，所以富有感染力的语言能力和优良的教学方式，既能活跃课堂气氛，又能调动学生的积极性，加快他们学习的速度和效果。
当然，除了以上说的以外，板书能力、和学生课堂外的交流能力、以及自我严格要求的能力等，都是一名数学教师应该具备的素养！
真正成为一名好老师是很难的，因为我也只是一介学生，从师经验仅仅是助教，所以只能从自身理解给你一点建议
1、你要具备的基本素养就是你自己的数学要好，即你理解了，才能够给学生讲懂。
2、你要理解你的学生需要什么，即你要理解教学要求和课本知识范围，讲课就不用说了，如果是考试讲解则看到一道题你要懂得这道题考的是什么知识点，大概应用具体的哪一点来解题。
3、讲课水平，就是如何将你能理解的内容变成其他人也能理解的内容，也就是把学生讲懂。这可能是一个长期工作，因为随着教龄的提升，讲课水平肯定是会上升的。所谓熟能生巧吧。
4、因教授对象不同因材施教，如果你是一对一的教导，那么你就要理解你的学生处于什么样的水平，他的知识结构如何，前期讲课你可以多试一试各种方式（讲知识点的、引导的），因为学生的天赋是不一样的，所以理解能力有所差别，尽量找到适合他的方法；如果是一对多的，那么你的精力可能有限，不能每个都兼顾，那么你可以在讲的时候尽量把抽象的数学概念与现实实例结合讲解，这样能够促进理解，当然与学生的互动也很重要，因为你要了解你的学生是否明白你教授的内容。
5、耐心，也可以说是服务精神。就像4中说过的，学生的天赋不同，不可能人人都是天才。当然，聪明的学生好教，老师一般喜欢，但是很多同学对数学的理解力不强（大多数参加一对一辅导的同学可能如此），所以做不出题来或不明白问题，不要催促或嫌烦（尤其是小学以下的学生更是如此），搞懂他哪里不明白的前提下，尽量帮他理解。毕竟教师是服务行业，以德育人，言传身教，培养学生学习兴趣和帮学生解决问题一样重要。
6、必要的硬性要求，即公式、定理等。数学需要记得东西绝对没有文科多，但是公式、定理和一些理论是做题的基础，这些有的是必须死记硬背的（比如质数表），有一些是可以理解记忆的（比如平行线判定定理），前者一般学生是要背会的，如果学生记不住，那么可以多提供一些这方面的问题，或者提高他的重复变数，这样能够帮助记忆；后者，这一类通常是要“会用”的部分，可以通过讲授深化理解的方式传授给同学
以上，大概只是一些个人见解吧，有一些理想化、偏颇的地方。毕竟每个人的心态、精力和能力是不同的。尽量选择适合自己的教授方式吧，虽然网上讲课的教程比较多，但核心就是“清晰、明了”，教会学生是老师的终极目的（鉴于数学这门课理解为先，不建议纯背题，但可以教授做题方法）

会举实际的例子。还要够生动，别举那种什么分西瓜，要分也分奶油蛋糕更能引起兴趣。
会鼓励学生。没有哪种学生不想听鼓励的，只要回答了就应该说真棒、good、非常好… 无论对错。这很能引起学生上课注意力以及再次回答的兴趣，赞美时千万不要有任何的犹豫！
最后就是耐心啊耐心。上课还是课后，解题都要耐心，就算问你的题目是上课讲过的，也要耐心的再讲，千万别责问学生上课怎么没好好听之类的。我见过好几个这样的学生被指责哪怕一次之后，都再也不喜欢数学，不想上数学课。
学生很敏感，因为他们只是孩子，但如果是真心对他们好的，哪怕是责骂他们，他们也真的能够体谅你。
有启发性：要发展学生思维能力，关键在于启发并鼓励学生质疑问难，因为由“生疑”到“解疑”的过程，正是发展学生思维的过程。教师要精选带有重点、关键，学生感到困惑、易错的地方，以简洁明快的语言去启发。这时，教师应注意开导学生的思路，切不可越俎代庖，先把结论交给学生；应鼓励学生见难解疑，思索争辩，训练学生发现问题，解决问题的能力。启发时教师要抓在关节处，要善于“引渡”，这样才能帮助学生达到活跃思想、开拓思路及发展思维的目的。
耐心，讲课必须要细致生动，不然上课学生就跟听天书一样
