乐学是参与学习的前提，能学是基础，会学是目的。只有积极主动地参与学习，学生才能在学习活动中不断地认识自我，发展自我。
应该是以“学生为主体，教师为主导”，不是“主题”。
意思是说：课堂教学以学生的学为主要目的，课堂应为学生服务，教学要围绕学生展开，而课堂活动环节的开展，教师要起到主要的引导、导向作用，不是由学生自由开放去学。这样既避免课堂以教师为主“一言堂”的现象，又克服课堂学习学生自学式的“散”。简言之，这句话的意思就是学生是课堂学习的主人，老师起到的是积极引导作用。学生是演员，教师是策划的导演。
