练字先练姿，“头正、身直、臂开、足安”是坐姿。“拇指食指一起捏，指离笔尖约一寸，中指在下托起来，笔杆斜靠虎口上”是握笔。要告诉孩子，铅笔拿不好，身子坐不正，不仅字写不好，而且长久下去会造成眼睛近视、脊椎弯曲、肩膀歪斜等不良后果。可采取以下几种方法来纠正学生的写字姿势：
