国家间的冲突应当通过?途径解决 国与国之间发生冲突的典型事例及解决办法

（三）中国主张解决国际争端不得使用武力和平解决国际争端原则的实施，各种国际争端的和平解决，都必须遵守《联合国宪章》的宗旨和原则以及国际关系的基本准则。在寻求国际冲突的政治解决中，尤其应当特别强调：尊重各国的主权和领土完整；不使用武力或武力威胁；不承认武力威胁或使用武力所造成的结果为合法；已经非法使用武力的，应当立即停止并无条件撤出外国军队。政治解决必须是公平合理的，必须保证被侵略和干涉的国家的独立、主权和领土完整不受到任何损害。
（四）中国主张联合国维和行动不能代替政治解决国际争端中国作为联合国的创始会员国和安理会常任理事国，作为世界上最大的发展中国家，在独立自主以及和平外交政策的指导下，在《联合国宪章》的范围内，在联合国维持和平，消除战祸的活动中发挥了重要的作用。自1988年中国加入维持和平行动特别委员会的工作以来，中国在维和行动特别委员会的工作中，积极维护《联合国宪章》，反对侵略，支持通过谈判和平解决国际争端的一系列行动中，作出了自己应有的贡献。中国对发展中国家之间的战争采取了积极劝和的态度，要求通过谈判解决国际争端。但是，中国认为，维和行动是一种临时措施，不能代替政治解决国际争端。中国反对在维和行动中动辄使用武力，强调在维和行动中应当尊重国家主权和不干涉内政的原则。
