1、情境创设提升课堂的趣味性，激发学生参与的兴趣。中职生的年龄，决定了 “颜色、声音、动作” 对他们有着极大的吸引力。因此在教学中教师应该合理的运用并创设有趣的情境来为学生营造较好的学习环境，教师起到合理引导的作用。通过情境的引导，让学生积极主动地去尝试参与学习活动，让以往的被动学习转变成主动探究。
2、降低学习知识点的难度，引导学生便于参与。在中职院校中，中职文化课的教学内容本身并不难，但是却超过了学生掌握的难度。应该依据学生的具体情况适当降低知识点的难度，以方便学生更好的参与到学习中来。
3、适时鼓励学生，维护学生参与的积极性。中职生容易产生自卑情绪，更需要教师的关爱，教师要运用鼓励的手段来帮助学生建立学习的信心。要引导后进生从多种角度看待问题，以朋友的身份与学生沟通，学会倾听学生的心声。此外，教师对待中职生应该采用多认可、多鼓励、多表扬的方法，缓解学生的压力与负担，来保护学生参与的积极性。
