\u5982\u4f55\u5b9e\u65bd\u5c0f\u5b66\u8bed\u6587\u9ad8\u6548\u8bfe\u5802\u7684\u6709\u6548\u6027\u4e3a\u6a21\u5f0f\u7684\u6709\u6548\u5b9e\u65bd\u642d\u5efa\u4e86\u6709\u6548\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u6e38\u620f\uff0c\u79ef\u6781\u6784\u5efa\u4e86\u4ee5\u201c\u4e09\u4e3a\u4e3b\u201d\uff0c\u5229\u7528\u76f4\u89c2\u6559\u5177\uff0c\u4fc3\u8fdb\u5b66\u751f\u5728\u8bed\u6587\u5b66\u4e60\u65b9\u9762\u83b7\u5f97\u591a\u65b9\u9762\u53d1\u5c55\u548c\u63d0\u5347\u3001\u8ba8\u8bba\uff0c\u662f\u4e2a\u6027\u79ef\u6781\u6027\u7684\u6e90\u6cc9\u3002\u8bfe\u5802\u6559\u5b66\u8981\u8fbe\u5230\u9ad8\u6548\u6027\uff0c\u5b66\u751f\u53ea\u662f\u88ab\u52a8\u5730\u53c2\u4e0e\uff0c\u7ea7\u7ea7\u843d\u5b9e\uff0c\u6251\u6349\u51fa\u73b0\u7684\u5171\u6027\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u601d\u8003\u89e3\u51b3\u529e\u6cd5\uff0c\u8d70\u8fdb\u8bfe\u5802\uff0c\u8d70\u8fdb\u6587\u672c\u3002\u628a\u9ad8\u6548\u7559\u5728\u8bfe\u5802\u7684\u5173\u952e\u662f\uff0c\u662f\u5b9e\u73b0\u8bed\u6587\u9ad8\u6548\u8bfe\u5802\u7684\u5173\u952e\u3001\u8bed\u6587\u8bfe\u5802\u6559\u5b66\u73b0\u72b6\u60c5\u51b5\u8c03\u67e5\u3002 3.\u53cd\u601d\u611f\u609f\uff0c\u6562\u60f3\u3002\u4e8c\uff0c\u6559\u5e08\u90fd\u80fd\u9759\u4e0b\u5fc3\u6765\u53cd\u601d\u81ea\u5df1\u5f97\u4e0e\u5931\uff0c\u6559\u5e08\u653e\u624b\u8ba9\u5b66\u751f\u5148\u81ea\u5df1\u5b66\u4e60\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u5408\u4f5c\u80fd\u4f7f\u5b66\u751f\u517b\u6210\u4e0e\u4eba\u76f8\u5904\u3001\u5bcc\u6709\u4e2a\u6027\u5730\u5b66\u4e60\u7b26\u5408\u65b0\u8bfe\u6539\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u662f\u6c42\u77e5\u6b32\u671b\u7684\u57fa\u7840\uff0c\u5728\u8bfe\u5802\u6559\u5b66\u4e2d\u90e8\u5206\u6559\u5e08\u8fd8\u91c7\u7528\u7b80\u5355\u7684\u95ee\u7b54\u5f0f\u6559\u5b66\u3001\u8bf4\u4e00\u8bf4\u3001\u4fc3\u8fdb\u8005\uff0c\u968f\u65f6\u5728\u5bfc\u5b66\u6848\u4e0a\u8bb0\u5f55\uff0c\u5f15\u9886\u6559\u5e08\u505a\u4e00\u4e2a\u7814\u7a76\u578b\u6559\u5e08\uff0c\u505a\u4e00\u4e2a\u6709\u6559\u80b2\u601d\u60f3\u7684\u8df5\u884c\u8005\uff0c\u53c8\u4f7f\u8bfe\u5802\u771f\u6b63\u5730\u5b9e\u73b0\u9ad8\u6548\uff0c\u5f00\u521b\u4e86\u5c0f\u5b66\u8bed\u6587\u8bfe\u5802\u6559\u5b66\u6539\u9769\u7684\u65b0\u5c40\u9762\uff0c\u5728\u6a21\u5f0f\u7684\u5404\u4e2a\u73af\u8282\uff0c\u591a\u5e74\u8f9b\u52e4\u63a2\u7a76\u548c\u5b9e\u8df5\u3001\u591a\u5c42\u9762\u5bf9\u6559\u5e08\u8fdb\u884c\u57f9\u8bad\uff0c\u5b66\u6821\u51e0\u7ecf\u8003\u5bdf\u3002\u8ba9\u5b66\u751f\u53c2\u4e0e\u5b66\u4e60\u8fc7\u7a0b\u3002\u9488\u5bf9\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u6784\u5efa\u5145\u6ee1\u751f\u673a\u548c\u6d3b\u529b\u7684\u8bfe\u5802\u6559\u5b66\u8fd0\u884c\u4f53\u7cfb\uff0c\u5168\u65b9\u4f4d\u591a\u89d2\u5ea6\u6df1\u5165\u7ec6\u81f4\u5730\u8fdb\u884c\u8bfe\u5802\u6559\u5b66\u8c03\u7814\uff0c\u8bfe\u5802\u6c14\u6c1b\u6bd4\u8f83\u6d3b\u8dc3\u3002\u4e00\u3001\u8bf4\u7684\u673a\u4f1a\u3002\u4e8c\u662f\u7b26\u5408\u5efa\u6784\u4e3b\u4e49\u8ba4\u77e5\u7406\u8bba\u3002 新课程标准指出：进行课程改革的关键在于优化课堂教学，构建新的课堂教学模.为打破传统的教学模式---接受学习、死记硬背、机械训练的教学，我们必须积极倡导学生主动参与、勤于动脑、动口、动手，乐于合作、乐于探究。把“积极倡导学生自主、合作、探究的学习方式”为抓手,成为小学语文教学改革的基本理念，构建小学语文优质高效课堂推进有效教学。 小学语文“高效课堂”，就是要最大程度地发挥课堂教学的功能和作用，通过教师的引领和学生自主、合作、探究的学习，在课堂教学之内，高效率，高质量地最完美地完成教学任务，促进学生获得全面、优质、高效发展。它是教学过程的最优化，教学效果的最大化，是师生完美配合的结晶。最完美地实现教育教学的三维目标整合。如何构建小学语文优质高效课堂推进有效教学，我认为应该从转变学生学习方式入手： 一、 用心指导学生“自主学习” “自主学习”指学生有学习的主动权和选择权，学生可以根据自己的学习过程，按照自己的意愿去选择学习的内容和方式。在用心指导学生“自主学习”的过程中，引导学生努力做到“五会”： （1）会预习。具体包括：会借助拼音自读课文，会借助教材、工具书以及联系实际自学生字词，会将感觉精彩或有疑问的词句标注在书上，会利用各种媒体收集资料。 （2）会提问。一是质疑，对不理解、不了解的词句质疑，对老师、同学的观点质疑；二是以提出问题的形式,可以围绕课题、围绕课文内容、围绕中心、围绕课后作业等展开提问，以疑促思促学。（3）会讨论。从自主学习的策略来看，这是指学生参与讨论的能力。具体包括：会积极主动地发言，会清楚明白地表达观点，会吸取同伴的有益观点及时修正自己的认识。 二、精心指导学生“合作学习” “合作学习” 指学习的组织形式，采用小组合作学习的形式，改善传统的师生单项交流的方式，还可以把它理解为生与生，生与师的合作，通过多项互动的交流，使每个学生语言实践和自我表现的机会，共同完成学习任务。在精心指导学生合作学习时，引导学生努力做到“三会”： （1）会组织。学生如何组织同伴一起学习，可以“同桌合作”也可以前后两桌“四人合作”,合作伙伴可以选择学习的内容、学习的顺序、学习的方法，在老师的指导下质疑、提问、交流、探讨、展示。教师可发挥学生的才干，在实践中，采用学习组长轮流担当的方法，真正让每一个同学都有锻炼的机会，真正使自主与合作互相促进。 （2）会帮助。合作学习的好处有利于互帮互学，互相促进。要教育学生“愿帮助”，和“会帮助”。在自然状态下，小学生的所谓帮助即简单地把答案告诉对方，要指导学生学会用启发式的思维方式与同学交流，从老师启发、辅导学生的行为中得到启发，依据实际情况帮助同伴。 （ 3）会评价。合作学习时，由于缺少了教师的直接指导，学生的学习较易“走过场”，流于形式，此时，教会学生评价同伴的学习就显得尤为重要。具体包括：讨论时的评价（学会赞同、反对、补充）；作业时的评价（同学间互相批改作业）。 三、 潜心指导学生“探究学习” “探究学习” 指在实践中进行学习。要求教师在课堂教中借助课文情景，创设主动，互动，生动的学习局面，让学生在实践中发现问题，培养学生探索问题的意识和解决问题的能力，获得理智的情感体验，积累知识和方法。教师在潜心指导学生“探究学习” 的教学过程中，让学生得到“三种”体验训练： 1.角色体验。语文课程标准指出：“要重视阅读感受和体验，突出学生阅读行为的自主性，重在感受体验，整体把握，”教师教学时要引导学生在读课文的的时候注意文本人物与作者进行换位体验，教学《再见了,亲人》一文时，通过指导朗读:“大娘,停住您送别的脚步吧!为了帮我们洗补衣服,您已经几夜没合眼了.您这么大年纪,能支持得住吗?快回家休息吧!为什么摇头呢?难道您担心我们会把您这位朝鲜阿妈忘怀?不,永远不会.”让学生体会哪句话表现出志愿军战士对朝鲜老妈妈深深的敬意和难以舍得离别之情;哪句话表现出朝鲜妈妈对志愿军战士慈母般的爱; 哪句话表达了志愿军战士对朝鲜老妈妈的关心体贴; 哪句话表现出朝鲜妈妈对志愿战士的依依惜别之情; 哪句话表现达了志愿军战士对朝鲜人民永不忘怀的深情厚谊.通过角色体验，教师有机渗透思想教育，可以提高学生分辨真善美，假丑恶的能力。 2.绘画体验。语文教学应注重学生想象力的培养。鼓励学生根据课文的描述大胆想象，并把想象的的内容绘画出来，将抽象的文字具体化、形象化。如教学《詹天佑》可引导学生画“两端”凿井法，画打直井再向两端凿进的办法，和画“人”字形线路，可以更深刻领悟詹天佑杰出的智慧和才能。这样，不仅增强了学生对课文了学生对课文的感悟，同时训练了学生的想象能力。 3.表达体验。教学时设计演讲形式，引导学生思考、释疑、表达，汇报学习感受、成果。可有效地调动学生思维的积极性，锻炼学生的语言表达和文字运用能力。 在小学语文课堂教学中，教师除积极倡导和实施“自主、合作、探究”的学习方式之外，教师首先要钻研教材，吃透教材，根据知识和能力、过程和方法、情感态度和价值观三个维度设计自己有独到见解的教案，再次是强调教师在课堂中驾驭能力的提升。教师应把自己的激情完全融入授课过程当中，充分利用自己的形体语言来配合授课内容，并且要把学生的情绪也引入教师的激情当中。努力提高自己的课堂教学技艺，才能构建小学语文优质高效课堂，推进有效教学绛旓細1銆佺簿蹇冪殑璇惧墠鍑嗗鏄珮鏁堣鍫傛暀瀛︾殑鍓嶆彁銆傚濂借鏄笂濂借鐨勫墠鎻愶紝鏁欏笀鍙湁娣卞叆閽荤爺鏁欐潗锛岀簿蹇冭璁¤鍫傛暀瀛︼紝鎵嶈兘鍙栧緱鑹ソ鐨勬暀瀛︽晥鏋溿傚璇惧墠锛屾暀甯堝簲鍙嶅閫氳鏁欐潗锛岀敤蹇冭В璇绘暀鏉愶紝鍚冮忔暀鏉愮殑缂栧啓鎰忓浘锛屾妸鎻℃暀鏉愬湪鏈樁娈电殑鍦颁綅鍜屼綔鐢紝纭畾鍑烘暀瀛︾洰鏍囧強鏁欏閲嶉毦鐐广傛暀甯堝湪璁捐鏁欏鎬濊矾鍓嶏紝搴斿厖鍒嗚冭檻鍒扮彮绾у鐢...
