但如果主语是人称代词，不能要倒装，比如：Here you are. Away they went.

这不是部分倒装，而是全部倒装（或者叫完全倒装）。
全部倒装的形式只有一种：
表语/状语(adj./adv./doing/done/介词短语) + be/表位移的不及物动词 +主语(必须是名词) [+其他成分].
eg: Here comes the bus.
On top of the hill is/stands an old temple.
Gone are the days when we Chinese were looked down upon.
Hanging on the wall are two pictures.
* 部分倒装和一般疑问句的语序是一样的，也就是把be动词/情态动词/助动词放在主语之前。下面这五种情况要用部分倒装：
（1）表否定的状语放在句首。
eg: Never shall I forget it.
Not until he took off his glasses did I recognize him.
（2）“only+状语”放在句首，主句用部分倒装。
eg: Only in this way can you learn English well.
Only when he took off his glasses did I recognize him.
（3）so/neither/nor表达“也是/也不”
eg: My sister doesn't like swimming. Neither/Nor do I.
If you go swimming tomorrow, so will I.
（4）so/such...that...结构中，so/such短语放在句首时主句用部分倒装。
eg: So clever a boy is he that everyone likes him.
Such a clever boy is he that everyone likes him.
（5）if 引导的虚拟条件句中如有were/had/should，可提前were/had/should，省略 if。
eg: Were I you(=If I were you), I would have taken his advice.
选D.这里是完全倒装。因为状语位于句首起强调作用，谓语动词是不及物动词，主语是名词，这种情况会引起谓语全部倒装到主语之前。
