如果并列两个主语，谓语动词一般采用复数形式。

2. neither...nor... 既不...也不...
其用法类似于both...and...，即用于连接两个并列成分。
如果连接主语时，谓语动词的数采用就近原则。

all指“三个（以上）的数目”，反义词是none；both指“两个数目”，反义词是neither。如：

不能说“all + 代词”，要说“代词+ all”或“all of + 代词
