试样经灰化后，注入原子吸收石墨炉中，电热原子化后吸收283.3nm共振线，在一定范围，其吸收值与铅含量成正比，与标准系列比较定量。
5.2试剂的配制
除另有规定外，本方法所使用试剂均为分析纯，水为双重蒸馏水。
5.2.1硝酸：优级纯
5.2.2硝酸（1+1）：取50ml硝酸（5.2.1）慢慢加入50ml水中。
5.2.3硝酸（1+19）：量取5ml硝酸（5.2.1）慢慢加入水中，加水稀释至100ml。
5.2.4硝酸(1+4)：量取20ml硝酸（5.2.1）慢慢加入水中，加水稀释至100ml。
5.2.5过氧化氢（30%）。
5.2.6磷酸二氢铵溶液（20g/L）：称取2.0g磷酸二氢铵，以水溶解稀释至100ml。
5.2.7铅标准贮备液（10ug/ml）：精密吸取1000ug/ml标准铅单溶液1.0ml于100ml 容量瓶中，用5%硝酸（5.2.3）稀释至100ml，密封即可，备用。
5.2.8铅标准使用液：精密吸取铅标准贮备液（10ug/ml）适量，用5%硝酸（5.2.3）经多次稀释成0.0，2.5,5.0,10.0,25.0,50.0ng/ml的铅标准使用液。
5.3仪器
所用玻璃仪器均以硝酸（1+4）（5.2.4）浸泡24h以上，用双重蒸馏水反复冲洗，最后用双重蒸馏水冲洗晾干，方可使用。

5.4.2.2 压力消解罐消解法：精密称取1.00～2.00g试样（精确到0.001g,根据铅含量定或按压力消解罐使用说明书称样）于四氟乙烯罐内，加硝酸（5.2.1）5-10ml浸泡过夜。再加过氧化氢（5.2.5）10-20ml（总量不能超过罐容积的1/3）。盖好内盖，旋紧不锈钢外套，放入恒温干燥箱，120-140℃保持3-4h，在箱内自然冷去至室温，用5%硝酸（5.2.3）洗入或过滤入50ml容量瓶中，并少量多次洗涤罐，洗液合并于容量瓶中并定容至刻度，混匀备用。同时作试剂空白。
5.5测定：取标准溶液，样品溶液，空白溶液，按《ThermoElementalM5原子吸收分光光度计标准操作规程》上机分析。
5.5.1仪器条件:灯电流5mA，波长283.3nm,狭缝0.2nm,干燥温度120℃,25S；灰化温度450℃，20S；原子化温度1700℃，4S，除残2300℃，3S；氘灯背景校正。
5.5.2标准曲线的绘制：吸取铅标准使用液0.0，2.5,5.0,10.0,25.0,50.0ng/ml各20ul，注入石墨炉，测得其吸光值并求得吸光值与浓度关系的一次线性回归方程。
5.5.3试样的测定：将处理后的试样、试剂空白按《ThermoElementalM5原子吸收分光光度计标准操作规程》分别导入火焰原子化器进行测定，读取铅的含量。
5.5.4制备标准曲线时，一般采用线性回归，在线性范围较窄的情况下，采用二次方程最小二乘法拟合回归更能反应真实的浓度吸收度关系。一般要求r≥0.995.样品测定值，应在标准曲线线性范围内，若其吸收值高于标准曲线，则应适当稀释后再行测定。
5.6本法灵敏度高，极易受容器、试剂、水、实验室环境等污染，因此每次测定必须随行空白试验。样品测定结果应扣除空白值后再进行计算。
5.7为保证测定结果的可靠，每次测定可采用杨树叶或茶树叶作为随行工作对照物质，其测定值应在标准值的80%-120%范围内。
茶叶重金属含量的检测并不是个人或肉眼来检测的，检测需要特定的设备和仪器才行，一般是找茶叶检测机构代为检测的。
